1, I’m proud of myself,because I overcame the shyness successfully.

One day,I was asked to give a speech in my school. I felt so nervous that I couldn’t sleep well at night.But I still decided to try my best.I listened to the radio and practiced hard at home.Finally.I standed in front of the public and gave a speech successfully!

2, Everyone should be confident of himself.I’m proud of myself because of a wonderful experience.

It was two weeks ago. The first sports meet was held in my school.I really hoped to win. So I did lots of exercise to build myself up.Every day I got up early and ran for at least 30 minutes.At first,I ran in the middle of the team,but a few minutes later,I was out of breath.To catch up with others,I tried my best and succeeded in passing the finish line. I won first place. How happy and proud I felt!.

3, Last month I took part in an English competition.I had never taken part in any English competition before that,so I was very nervous.I walked around the room and felt very upset.My mother suddenly came in and encouraged me.I felt confident about myself and decided to work hard.I recited some poems ,remembered grammar rules to get ready for it.As a result,I won the first place.

It was my first time to take part in such a great competition.I think my success depended on my effort.I’m proud of myself.

4,I used to be a shy gi rl.I’m afraid of showing myself in public.One day,my teacher asked students to perform programs.My teacher encouraged me to show myself,but I didn’t want to perform because I often felt nervous.At last I stood on the stage,I took a deep breath and I told myself I should believe my ability.I performed the program successfully.I’m proud of myself,because I overcame the difficulty

5, Last year there was a sports meet in our school.I decided to take part in the 1000 meter race.

At first,I wasn’t th e first,I was a litle nerous，then I tried to run faster and faster .I caught up with those who was in front of me one by one .later on,another player and I ran side by side.It was hard to say which of us would won,At last,I tried my best to pass the finish line earier than him,I won first place.I really felt proud of myself.

2, I’m Machael. I’m a top student in my school.I’m proud of myself.Here a re several reasons.First,Whatever my teachers ask me to do,I can always do it properly and quickly.Second,I study so hard that I do well in every exams in the school.My classmates all trust me.Finally,I am always ready to help others,I’m patient with everyone around me,so many students like to play with me.I can get along well with my teachers, all my teachers like me very much.I’m really proud of myself.
