为了维护工厂和员工的生命和生产安全，使全体员工都具备相应的安全意识包括访客，应急预案等。

1. Purpose

The purpose of this procedure is to ensure the production safety and employees life, so that all employees have the appropriate safety awareness including visitor policy, emergency action and so on.

3．职责

3.1所有的雇员（无论在试用期内或已满试用期内）都会得到C-TPAT 要求之有关培训，包括出入管制，货运/现场/运输工具保安，人事保安，以及认识C-TPAT之意义等方面。

3. Responsibility

3.1 All the employees (whether probation period or a full trial period) will get the relevant training as C-TPAT requirements, including access control, cargo / site / transport security, personnel security, and knowledge of C-TPAT, etc.

3.2 公司所有重要的高层雇员须具备防止被欺骗的应变能力和技巧，对于电脑安全方面的维护也须经过培训。

3.2 All the important high-level employees are required to have the ability and skills responding to prevent cheating. Also need to train for the maintenance of computer security.

3.3对于存在的问题，会通过再教育培训，或者适当的警告、严重警告、记过等处罚方式去达至改善。

自从美国发生9.11事件后,世界上时有发生的恐怖事件,恐怖活动已经影响到全球经济的发展。为了保证我厂财产我员工自身安全,回应C-TPAT海关商贸反恐怖计划,保障本厂货物在运输过程及至到海关结关时不会推迟，推行全员安全意识显得尤为重要，现编订安全和反恐意识培训，提纲如下：

4. Basic content of education and training

Since the 9.11 terrorist incidents in USA, the world's terrorist incidents occurred from time to time, terrorist activities have affected the development of the global economy. In order to ensure company property and employees own safety, in response to C-TPAT Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism program to ensure company cargo will not delay from the transport as to the customs clearance, It’s particularly important to the implementation of full security awareness. Outline is as follows:

1 向所有员工说明进出大门及在厂区内都必须佩戴有效厂证的重要性，旨在有效控制非准许人员进入本厂

1. Declare for all the employees that the importance of wearing a valid access badge when entering the company gate and doors. which is the effective control of non-permitted to enter factory.

2 所有进出厂区人员的携带物品必须接受保安人员的安全检查，禁止危险品、违禁物等非准许物料的进入，同时有效避免公司财产的流失

2. All personnel carrying articles must accept the security guard checks, and prohibition of dangerous goods, prohibited items and other non-permitted materials to enter, herewith effectively prevent the loss of company's property.

3 培训员工识别内部阴谋。如：密谋盗取公司的物料或成品货物；故意将成品调包；不按规定进行包装；恶意偷放违禁物品进入成品包装箱等。

3. Train employees that how to Identify staff internal conspiracy such as: conspiring to steal the company's articles or finished goods; deliberately transfer the finished product packages; packaging without following the instruction; maliciously snuck contraband items into the finished product package and so on.

4 通过培训，使员工认识到在日常的生产活动中，保持货物的完整性及检查地许可物品进入。4. Through training, so that employees recognize to maintain the integrity and inspection on the goods permitted items entrance during the daily production activities.

5 教育员工非经准许，不得乱窜车间，更不得擅自进入以下重要区域：货仓、成品仓、货物装卸区、运输区停泊区、电房、化学物品贮存区、其它持有“危险”和“不准进入”的警示性标识的区域。
