【注意】电大英语网络统考的要注意的细节
英语统考的注意事项（考前复习技巧）1、报名选择的时间，场次，地点选择技巧考试时间选择：尽量选择后两天，尽量选择下午（最好不要选择在第一天，相对来说第一天的遇到的新题比较多）考试地点：不要选择在市中心或大型教学点考试（这些考点都很严格，当然如果准备的足够充分，也没问题。
如果对自己不是特别有信心，可能会有一点小动作建议还是选择郊区或偏远的考点。
关于考点的选择上也可以请教自己的学长们，相信他们能给你提供参考意见。
）考试场次：选择下午（这样如果上午出现了什么新的题目，你也可以得到其他同学的反馈，下午考试准备上也能比较充裕。
）其他注意事项：如果不能自己报名那就是学校统一报名，建议好好的复习下，准备的充裕一些，以便顺利通过考试。

《英语II(1)》实施细则
《英语II(1)》实施细则一、教学对象及教学安排本课程是中央广播电视大学公共英语课，供各类专业（不含英语专业）的本科学生学习。
课内总学时为54学时，每周3个学时，一学期完成。
共3学分。
教学进度为每周学习一个单元（Unit）, 共18个单元，18周完成。
补修《开放英语1》和《开放英语2》需9学时。
二、教学目的通过本课程的学习，学生应能掌握一定的英语语言基础知识和基本技能, 具备一定的听、说、读、写能力：能掌握2，200左右的常用词汇（包括英语I要求掌握的1，600词），以及相关的常用词组；能够掌握并正确运用基本的语法知识；能够听懂日常生活中发音清楚、语速较慢的简短对话或陈述，并能用英语进行简短的日常交谈；能够阅读中等难度的一般题材的简短英文文字材料，理解正确，并能够读懂通用的简短实用文字材料，如通知、介绍和广告等；能够写简短的应用文，如日记、信函、通知等。
同时，本课程通过提供一些英语国家的文化背景知识，增强学生对这些国家的了解，帮助学生提高语言的实际应用能力。
三、教学资源1. 文字教材英语II (1)有文字教材两本：《开放英语3》、《开放英语综合练习3》。
主教材就中心教学内容、综合技能训练目标，围绕读、听语言学习材料，说、写技能训练，语法讲解，学习指导等内容展开。
《开放英语综合练习3》是《开放英语3》的配套教材，其内容与主教材相对应，其目的在于复习、强化、巩固主教材内容，同样围绕读、听、写展开，扩充材料，辅助练习，增加趣味阅读。
2. 文字辅教材录音带《开放英语3》配有两盘录音带，《开放英语综合练习3》配有一盘录音带。
内容为听、说学习材料，以练习听力和口语，强化、提高听力理解能力和会话能力。
3．VCD共18讲（每讲50分钟）。
该课程VCD为展现语言在真实环境下的使用，扩展文字主教材的内容，对文字主教材的重点、难点做了系统讲授，就语言技能进行强化操练。
4．课程网络该课程网络主要呈现文字、音像教材的主要内容，提供学习方法指导，提供实时帮助；表现形式为网络教学平台，提供实时、非实时等教学资源内容。
英语I(2)考核说明及样题
中央广播电视大学开放教育课程考核说明英语I（2）英语I（2）是广播电视大学公共英语系列课程第二学期的课程。
本课程的教学目的是，通过学习，学生应能掌握一定的英语语言基础知识和基本技能，具有一定的听、说、读、写的能力，为下阶段的学习打好基础。
本课程的重点是在加强英语语言基础知识和基本技能训练的同时，重视培养学生实际使用英语进行交际的能力。
为指导全国广播电视大学“英语I (2)”课程的考试命题和组织工作，帮助学生复习本课程，并为检查教学质量提供依据，特制订本考核说明。
由于本课程进行了“基于网络的考核改革试点”，凡是参加试点的学生，英语I(2)的考核将依照“开放英语2多媒体学习系统”试用实施方案()中关于考核问题的具体说明来实施。
以下考核说明针对的是非试点的情况。
一、考核对象中央广播电视大学各类专业的专科学生。
二、考核方式本课程的考核采取两种形式：形成性考核和课程终结考试。
课程总成绩为百分制，形成性考核占30%，课程终结考试占70%。
1．形成性考核：包括对“形成性考核及学习档案”中作业的完成情况，参加面授辅导的情况以及个人学习记录情况。
2．课程终结考试：内容包括大纲规定掌握的基本语言知识和技能。
形式为闭卷，笔答。
考试时间为90分钟。
终结考试满分为100分，由中央电大统一命题，在同一时间全国统考。
试卷分为四部分，第一部分为交际用语，占10分；第二部分为词汇与结构，占40分；第三部分为阅读理解，占20分；第四部分为翻译，占30分。
三、考核依据本课程形成性考核的内容和课程终结考试的命题依据是中央广播电视大学的英语课程教学大纲（公共英语课：英语I）以及《开放英语2 》中的内容。

文法系关于中央电大网上考核课程—开放英语2的课程辅导方案责任教师——齐艳生“开放英语2”是我校开放专科各专业的一门公共英语课。
该课05春被列入中央电大网上考试试点课程，我校直属05春开脱工商专业继续参加本次试点，根据中央电大《开放英语2》课程网上考试的要求，本课程的成绩评定由形成性考核和终结性考核组成。
形成性考核从10月初开始至12月末结束，分别在规定时间完成18个单元的测试任务，并且形成性测试成绩要求只有及格，终结考核成绩才会有效。
由于05秋新生对电视大学的学习方式、对中央电大的形成性测评系统及考试平台的操作十分陌生，且本课程开课较晚，教学任务量较大，上传内容多，在正常的教学时间完成增加的任务有一定的难度，为方便学生（05春开脱工商专业，学生30人）更好熟悉光盘学习系统及网络考核操作环境、辅导测试任务、顺利完成18个单元的学习记录上传测试和终结考试，安排7次课在学校电子阅览室完成。

英语II（1）机考相关操作说明1.进入国家开放大学形成性测评系统完成注册及选课，网址： 。
（如下图）2. 在用户登录地方输入“学号”和“密码”及验证码，密码为8位数出生年月（如19790101），点登录。
输入8位数生日3. 登录后核对页面所显示的个人信息并输入你的常用邮箱（如QQ邮箱）和手机号码，点击提交按钮后在所弹出的对话框点击确定后即可可进入到国家开放大学形成性测评系统进行选课。
（如下图）4. 选课步骤:点击页面上所显示的“我要选课”按钮，进入页面后选择“英语II （1）”课程，点击课程前面的“□”打上钩，然后点击页面最下方的“增加”按钮，在所弹出的对话框点击“确定”即可完成选课。
5. 完成选课后，点击页面左上角处的，页面会自动显示你选择的课程及相关考核方案，请确认是否与你选择的课程一致。
（如下图）6. 完成光盘里的作业并上传后，登录国家开放大学形成性测评系统查看任务完成情况及形考成绩：1）登录后点击页面左上角的，进入下图所显示的页面。
2）点击“任务列表”，进入下图所显示的页面，即可查看每个单元的成绩及形考累积成绩（即课程的平时成绩，占课程总成绩的60%）。
此处只显示客观题得分，主观题得分需要任课教师评阅后方可显示。
光盘安装及操作说明1. 按安装程序要求操作，当电脑桌面上出现有下图所示的蓝色图标的“This Is English 3”才表示安装成功。
（安装成功即可取出光盘，如果电脑没有光驱，或者没有光盘，可登陆下面的网址直接下载光盘安装包，解压缩后点击setup.exe 文件即可完成安装。
（建议始终使用同一电脑学习）下载地址：/cFYSRTEGumxtv 访问密码： 4fcb2. 点击蓝色图标进入登录界面，输入学号和密码（8位数生日），并点击“”按钮登录。
（保证电脑处于联网状态，此处的学号和密码必须与登录国家开放大学形成性测评系统的学号和密码一致，否则无法正常登录并完成作业的上传。

中央电大形考学生使用手册
中央电大形成性测评系统-使用手册（学生版）学生，完成形成性测评任务，登录系统后选择课程，完成任务。
一、登录系统学生打开IE浏览器，在地址栏中输入中央电大考试平台的网址：/fes3/Default.aspx，选择服务项目中的，形成性测评栏目，进入，如图所示：输入用户名、密码登录。
说明：学生登录形成性测评系统使用的用户名、密码与登录电大在线（）的用户名、密码一致。
学生使用用户名（14位学号/13位学号），密码（初始密码是学生的出生年月日8位，例如19800101）登录“电大在线”确认信息，然后再返回“中央电大形成性测评系统”登录。
二、选择课程学生登录形成性测评系统后，进行选课操作。
单击“选课（学习周期）”按钮，如图所示。
系统列出学生已选课程列表，单击“我要选课”按钮，进入选课页面，如图所示。
在课程列表中勾选要选择的课程，单击“增加”按钮。
选课完成。
返回选课页面，通过“我以前的选课记录”功能可查看以前学期选课信息。
如图所示。
单击“课程说明”可以查看课程主持教师发布的课程方案。
三、选择/完成任务单击“选择/完成任务”，如图所示。
选择要完成任务的课程，单击“任务列表”，如图所示。
页面中列出“我的任务”列表，将该课程本学期的任务信息列出，包括：任务名称、任务类型、结束时间、任务状态、退回原因、再次提交期限、客观分、主观分、总分以及“形考累积成绩”等信息。
（1） 任务类型：形成性测评系统中的任务有5中类型，包括：教学实践活动、阶段性测验、专题讨论、学习记录和小组学习。
（2） 结束时间：形成性测评任务的结束时间，学生需要在任务结束时间前完成相关测评任务的提交。
（3） 任务状态：当前任务的状态，包括：未提交、已提交、正在评阅、已评阅、退回等。
（4） 退回原因：说明当前任务被评语教师退回，在此显示退回的原因。
与任务状态“退回”同时出现。
（5） 再次提交期限：当任务被评阅教师退回时，系统会再次设置任务的提交日期，学生必须在此日期前再次完成并提交该任务，否则将影响本次任务的成绩。

入学指南是中央电大开设的各专业新生的必修课，学分占1学分，通过浏览学习、测验和体验可以了解电大开放教育有关学习的形式、方法和考核的各种方式的许多知识。
本课程要求学生在网上完成学习、考试。
具体操作如下：
打开中央电大形成性测评系统（地址：）
1、点学号，在用户名出输入学号密码：生日登录
2、用户信息匹配，点否
3、将信息补充完整后提交，确认信息成功。
4、选择自己所报专业的教学计划
5、选开放教育这门课程并保存选课
6、在课程列表里点击开放教育入学指南这门课程

8、点击任务列表并开始做作业。

1、2、3、4、一般过去时一般将来时现在完成时过去进行时《开放英语I (2)》期末复习指导本学期非英语类专科公共英语采用的教材是《开放英语(2)》及其配套教材《开放英语(2)综合练习》。
同学们复习时要抓住以下儿点：一、注意大纲要求：根据木课程教学大纲，通过木课程的学习，学生应能掌握一定的英语语言基础知识，具备初步的听、说、读、写能力：掌握1600词左右的常用词汇和相关词组；能听懂发音清楚、语速较慢的教学用语和日常生活用语；能用英语进行简单的FI常交谈；能学握所学词汇和短语并能读懂与课文难度相当的故事、短文和通知、便函等；能运用所学语法和词汇写出简短的文章和私人信函。
同时了解英语国家的文化习俗，提高用英语进行交际的能力。
二、抓住教材特点《开放英语(2)》以日常用语为主，突岀语言的实用性和应用性。
在每个单元中都明确了学习目标；通过形式多样的学习活动(Activity)训练听、说、读、写等各项语言技能；每一单元中都概扌舌出了语言要点(Language Focus),对语法、词汇和语言功能进行说明；文化点滴(Cultural Note)是对相关文化的注释, 有助于学习者更好地理解和使用语言，提高在实际交际中得体的言语表达能力；导学帮助是本教材为帮助自学，采用斜体字交代背景，似有虚拟教师。
利用旁注提供有关学习内容和学习方法；为了提高听力，专门设有录音文本，所有听力练习的录咅文木均收入书后附录I中。
学员应在做完听力练习后再利用录咅文木检查有疑问之处，一直到真正听懂。
切记在做听力之前先看录音文木。
录音文木还可用來作口语练习，进行跟读、模仿、朗读等训练。

关于2010年春季学期英语II(1)课程教学和网上形考工作的布置
关于2010年春季学期英语II(1) 课程教学和网上形考工作的布置各分校：英语II（1）课程是中央电大2010年春季学期的教学评估课程之一，为了迎接中央电大对这门课程的教学评估，特对本学期英语II（1）的课程教学和网上形考工作布置如下：一、教学工作鉴于该门课程的重要性及电大学生薄弱的英语基础，建议各分校教学、教务部门以课内学时与课外学时1：1的比例安排教学，要挑选具有丰富教学经验，又有一定信息技术基础的英语教师担任该门课程的责任教师和面授教师，保证不少于54学时的面授教学辅导，并按照中央电大对该门课程的教学评估要求，如实填写和上报有关表格和资料。
要切实落实教学过程，狠抓各个教学环节，加强学生的自主学习与教师的导学服务。
各分校教学、教务部门要特别加强对所属县级教学工作站英语II（1）课程教学工作的指导和监控，要督促师资力量相对薄弱的基层工作站点采取有效措施，认真组织面授辅导，督促学生上网学习，完成形考作业，帮助学生顺利通过期末终结性考试。
我们将在本学期“巡学、巡教、巡考”等教学检查中对此项工作进行专项检查，并将检查结果进行通报。
二、网上形考2008年我们在全省英语教师教学会议上提出了英语II（1）课程网上形考的三年规划。
2008年为形考启动年，要求全省各分校参加网上形考的学生比例达到选课人数的30%以上；2009年为发展巩固年，要求全省各分校参加网上形考的学生比例达到选课人数的50%以；2010年为全面推广年，要求全省各分校参加网上形考的学生比例达到选课人数的80%以上。
两年来，在全省师生的努力下，取得了显著的成绩，已经实现了三年规划中前两年的目标。
为了促进英语教学质量的提高，促进网上教学的开展，提高大学英语（B）的网考合格率，我们要求全省各分校积极行动起来，参加2010年春季学期中央电大形成性考核系统英语II(1)的网上形成性考核。
参加中央电大形成性考核系统英语II(1)课程网上形成性考核的学生平时作业占总成绩50%，[包括网上形考作业（占平时作业的90%）、面授到课情况、学习小组活动和网上学习情况（占平时作业的10%）]，期末终结性考试为机试，占总成绩的50%，如果平时作业不及格，是不能参加期末终结性考试的。
