罗平油菜花旅游资源深度开发的思路和措施摘要

农业旅游是罗平旅游经济发展的重要支柱之一，罗平依托得天独厚的油菜花旅游资源、优美的自然风光，古朴的民族风情，使其旅游业发展蒸蒸日上。在综合分析罗平旅游资源的基础上，笔者认为，油菜花旅游资源是罗平旅游发展的重点，对其的开发利用直接关系到罗平旅游业发展的兴衰成败。但是，随着人们生活水平的日益提高，人们对旅游的需求也不断多样化，其消费结构已从过去的单纯观光旅游向观光、度假、参与、休闲等多类型发展，就目前罗平的油菜花旅游而言，要满足人们不同的旅游需求，还远远不够，另一方面，油菜花还有许多潜在价值并未得到开发，因此，笔者认为应充分发挥挖掘油菜花的各种潜在价值来满足不同旅游者的不同需求，笔者在对罗平油菜花旅游资源的实地考察和文献分析的基础上，分析罗平油菜花旅游资源概况及开发现状，对油菜花旅游资源自身局限性及开发存在的问题进行分析和探讨，提出罗平油菜花旅游资源深度开发的思路和措施。
