✧在实际的考试中，房屋场景通常以三种形式出现：

1. 房屋租赁：租赁是雅思考试房屋场景涉及最高频的场景之一，其他的相关场景更多的只是在其基础上的衍生。

✧可能涉及房屋的环境、预约时间、详细地址、联系方式、双方联系人姓名、交通状

况、租金、住房规定、房屋类型、所在楼层、房间数量、室内设施、搬家等实际生

活中租房必然会涉及的一些问题&信息。
