采用泡沫铜为基底制备铜纳米线电极扩展电极的电化学活性面积,然后通过十七氟癸基三甲基硅烷对电极进行亲气处理,使电极表面从疏气状态变为超亲气状态,从而强化气相反应物CO 2传质,增加反应三相接触线,提高电极的电化学还原 CO 2性能。

实验结果表明:与未亲气处理的泡沫铜纳米线电极相比,所制备的超亲气泡沫铜纳米线电极虽然具有较小的电化学活性面积,但其超亲气的特性更有利于CO 2的传质,抑制了电解液中氢离子的传输,有效削弱了析氢副反应的发生。

在电解电位为-1.5V (vs . Ag/AgCl )时,H 2法拉第效率降低了17.7%,电化学还原CO 2性能提升。

However, the hydrogen evolution sidereaction at the cathode will reduce the performance of electrochemical reduction of CO 2. Nanowires were prepared on the copper foam electrode to expand the electrochemical active area of the electrode. Then, the copper foam nanowire electrode was treated with trimethoxy (1H, 1H, 2H, 2H-heptadecafluorodecyl)silane to make the electrode surface change from aerophobic to aerophilic, which was expected to strengthen the mass transfer of gas-phase CO 2, increase the three-phase contact line of the reaction and further improve the performance of electrochemical reduction of CO 2. 事实上这就是“有机保焊剂"(Organic Solderability Preservatives;OSP)各类商品的一种(其余如欧洲流行的Shercoat,以及日本流行的Cucoat等),是绿漆后裸铜待焊面上经涂布处理,所长成的一层有机铜错化物的棕色皮膜,电路板制程分类法将其归之为表面终饰Final Finish。

PAGE : 1/ 31REVISION : B此等OSP 制程的反应原理,是“苯基三连唑"BTA(Benzo-Tri-Azo)之类的化学品,在清洁的铜表面上,形成一层错合物式具保护性的有机物铜皮膜(均0.35μm或14μin)。

一则可保护铜面不再受到外界的影响而生锈;二则其皮膜在焊接前又可被稀酸或助焊剂所迅速除去,而令裸铜面瞬间仍能展现良好的焊锡性;故正式学名称之为“有机保焊剂"即着眼于后者之功能。

目前OSP 各种商品均已经过多次改进,实用上均可耐得住数次高温高湿环境的考验,得以维持不错的焊锡性。

故而某些讲究焊垫平坦性的主机板,与面积较大的附加卡(Add-on card)等板类,其等焊垫处理已逐渐选用OSP 制程,其目的当然是针对SMT 锡膏印刷与引脚放置平稳性的考量。
