太阳病(风寒表证)白介素-1变化规律探讨

摘
要:目的:探讨太阳病(风寒表证)白介素-1(IL -1)变化规律。方法:以文献报道“小鼠风寒表证”疾病模型制
作方法为基础,结合预实验的经验制作动物模型,与正常组比较一周内白介素-1(IL -1)的变化。结果:正常组、实验组
白介素-1(IL -1)表现为昼低夜高的变化;在风寒表证7天疾病周期中,实验组IL -1的表达高于正常组(P <0.01);实验组小鼠体内IL -1的表达逐渐上升,于发病第3天达到高峰,以后逐渐下降;实验组IL -1的变化曲线与正常组基本平行。结论:IL -1存在昼夜变化节律;IL -1的高表达出现在太阳病第2 3天,此后逐渐回落,基本吻合外感表证7天自
愈的病程;实验组白介素-1(IL -1)水平昼低夜高的变化,
与三阴病欲解于夜间,三阳病欲解于昼时的认识一致。关键词:太阳病;欲解时;白介素-1;相关性

Variation of Interleukin (IL -1)in Taiyang Disease (Wind Cold Superficies Syndrome )

Abstract :Objective :To study the variation of interleukin (IL -1)in Taiyang disease (wind cold superficies syndrome ).Meth-ods :Based on the mice wind cold superficies syndrome model reported in literature ,we could build the animal model according to the pre-experiment ,from which we could compare with the normal group to observe the variation of IL -1in a week.Results :IL -1in the normal group and the experimental group had a change of low in day and high at night.Within the disease cycle of wind cold superficies syndrome which lasted seven days ,the expression of IL -1in experimental group was higher than that in normal group (P <0.01).The expression of IL -1in mice of experimental group was increasing ,which could reach a peak on the third day of pathogenesis ,and was decreasing afterwards.The variation curve of expression of IL -1in mice of experimental group was basically parallel to that of the normal group.Conclusion :There was diurnal variation in IL -1.The high expression of IL -1is appeared on the second day and the third day of Taiyang disease ,and then the expression is gradually decreasing.This phenome-non is coincided with the self-healing of exogenous superficies syndrome in seven days.The variation of IL -1in experimental group which is low in day and high at night ,is agreed with Sanyin disease tending to be cured at night and Sanyang disease tend-ing to be cured in day.

中医学将人体的机能活动及其防御和清除各种有
害因素的作用归于正气。“正气”代表着人体对外界环境的适应能力、抗病能力以及康复能力,这与免疫系
统的防御、监视、自稳的三大功能相一致。从功能而言,免疫防御、抵抗病原微生物的感染与中医正气卫外功能;免疫自稳、清除自身抗原、稳定内环境与正气调节阴阳,维持阴阳平衡;免疫监视与正气协调脏腑经络气血,免生积聚的作用是相似的。因此,人体正气包含着免疫系统物质和功能的概念。我们拟通过检测太阳
病(风寒表证)模型动物细胞因子白介素的表达,初步探寻人体正气的免疫学物质基础,解析人体免疫功能
与太阳病发生、发展规律的内在联系,为临床诊断、择时治疗提供理论依据;也为深入探讨《伤寒论》六经病

昆明种小鼠1152只,雌雄各半,体重

实验动物分组与处理
小鼠适应性饲养5d
后,每组按照雌雄各半随机选择36只为一批,共16
批,分实验组和正常组。实验组在文献报道[1]
“小鼠风
寒表证”疾病模型制作方法的基础上,结合实验前动物风寒表证模型研究的成功经验,每5 6只小鼠置一
