wear是“穿着，戴着…”的意思，强调状态；

put on ，是“穿上，戴上”的意思，强点动作。

e.g. He puts on his hat.他戴上了他的帽子。

Wear还可用来表示佩戴手表、首饰、学生证以及留头发、胡须等。
