What Is Kaizen?
Kaizen is a Japanese word that means to “change for the good.” It comes from two Japanese words:

Thought Question: Three frogs sat on a log and one decided to jump off. How many frogs were left on the log?
Answer: Three. Just because a frog decided to jump, does not mean that it actually did
“Vision without action is just a dream.”
