《西方经济学》(第二版)上册课程教学大纲一、课程基本信息二、课程内容与学时分配表三、课程目标任务及基本要求1.课程目标任务根据微观经济学课程所面对的教学任务和职业能力要求, 本课程的教学目标为:(1)知识目标①掌握西方经济学的研究对象、研究内容、研究方法和发展历程;②掌握需求和供给以及市场价格作用原理;③掌握基数效用理论和序数效用理论的基本内容;④掌握生产要素合理投入的分析方法;⑤掌握成本和收益理论及其分析方法;⑥掌握四种市场结构类型中产量和价格的确定;⑦掌握市场失灵原因和各种微观经济政策。
(2)技能目标①能运用需求、供给分析方法对简单的经济现象进行分析;②能运用基数效用理论和序数效用理论对消费者行为进行简单分析;③能对生产要素的合理投入进行分析;④能运用成本与收益理论对企业的长期和短期成本进行分析;⑤能运用市场理论对四种市场结构类型中产量和价格的确定进行分析;⑥能运用各种微观经济政策、市场因素和政府作用解决市场失灵问题进行分析。
2.基本要求本课程重在讲授微观经济的基本范畴、基本原理、基本方法, 以培养起学生对现代经济理论的兴趣和经济学思维, 并能掌握基本的经济学分析方法。
(1)采用启发式、讨论式、案例分析等教学方法, 充分利用多媒体等现代化教学手段, 整体优化教学过程和教学内容, 调动学生学习的积极性;(2)贯彻精讲的原则, 突出重点, 简化推导, 图文并貌, 重在基本概念、基本理论的理解;(3)贯彻理论和实践相结合的原则, 讲述中辅以一定量的习题讨论课, 给学生出一定量的思考题和习题, 并要求学生完成一定量的作业, 以提高学生对微观经济学课程基本概念的深入理解;(4)分析与总结相结合, 宏观讲授与微观分析相结合, 对讲授内容及时总结, 对重点内容深入分析, 深入浅出, 循序渐进。

通过本课程的学习,能够使学生进一步理解国际经济现象,并提高学生分析和解决国际经济问题的能力。
通过开设国际经济学,使学生进一步掌握国际经济运行过程中的一般规律,进一步理解国际经济现象,从而更好地为我国社会主义现代化建设服务。
二、先修课程及预备知识先修课程:《微观经济学》、《宏观经济学》三、教学目的与要求不同高等院校、不同学者对《国际经济学》课程的内容体系的理解存在较大的差异,能够说,有多少种公开出版的《国际经济学》教材,就有多少种观点、目前,国内外公开出版的《国际经济学》教材有100多种,仅在我国境内以中文发行的就有40多种、我们的安排是,除绪论外,国际经济学内容分五篇,20章。
前三篇为国际贸易部分,后两篇为国际金融部分。
第一篇:国际贸易基础。
第二篇:国际贸易政策与措施。
第三篇:要素国际流动。
第四篇:国际收支与汇率决定、第五篇:开放经济下宏观经济政策。
通过本课程的教学要使学生达到以下目的和要求:1。
要求学生不仅能了解战后科学技术所促进的生产力大发展及其带来的经济全球化以及在这种背景下学习国际经济学的必要性,而且更要以辩证唯物主义的思想和马克思主义的经济理论为指导,坚持四项基本原则,正确辨别国际经济学中的基本理论,去粗取精,为我所用。
学生对国际经济学课程的整个体系有明确的掌握,并做到理论与实践想结合。
2、要求学生掌握国际贸易发生的基本原因即国际贸易的基本理论,特别是当代经济全球化条件下国际交换的必定性以及国际交换活动的一般规律,以及依照这些贸易理论而应该采取的贸易政策、3、要求学生认识到以跨国公司为主要载体的生产要素国际流动对国际经济一体化和经济全球化的巨大影响以及对一国经济发展的影响。

微观经济学是通过对个体经济单位的经济行为的研究,来说明现代西方经济社会市场机制的运行和作用,以及改善这种运行的途径。
微观经济学分析的核心是价格分析,要解决的问题是资源配置问题,在微观经济学里商品的价格是由其需求和供给两方面共同决定的。

Language is the tool of communication. It is the first course about computers for freshmen, which is a required one. After having finished the course, students are expected to have developed their skills of using computers, and using computers to make a document, managing information, analyzing or collecting information, and communicating with others. The main contents are: (1) Computer System, to make students understand how to express and deal with information in computers, and how computers work; (2) Operating System, to introduce the concepts,functions and effects of operating systems; Students are expected to be familiar with two kind oftypical operating systems—command line interface and graphicinterface operating systems.
