2.工程概况
1、本工程位于合肥市双凤开发区蒙城北路与金兰路交口。人防掩蔽所面积为
8337.68m2。本工程地下一层防护等级为甲类核六级防化等级为丙级。平时功能为地下停车库,战时为二等功能掩蔽所;共分为四个防护单元,16个抗暴单元,12个人防口部,掩蔽人生4265人。
2、防水设计
本工程为II级防水,两道防水设防,顶板、配电室、机房等设备用房防水等级为I级,三道防水设防。人防地下室采用砼结构自防水,并附加迎水面附加防水层,抗渗设计等级为P6。后浇带部位采用防水卷材加强处理,在后浇带中部设置钢板止水带。
3、临战转换设计
人防地下室战时使用的干厕、水箱、机房、口部等设施在临战前完成。平时使用的风管、消防水管、孔洞、地沟等在临战时拆除后用砼或预制砼板封堵。
临战封堵的孔洞、密闭隔墙,抗暴挡墙等周边结构砼要预埋钢板。临战封堵高均小于3m,长不超过6m,抗暴单元隔墙临战时采用沙袋堆砌,其厚度不应小于500mm,高度不应小于1800mm,界面为梯形,战时值班室等房间临战时采用煤矸石空心砖200厚、人防门编号均按RFJ01-2008图集说明编号,其门槛级门框墙施工以结构图为准。
4、结构工程
(1)、本工程为单建式人防地下室、钢筋砼结构,基础采用柱下钢筋砼独立基础。基础设计等级为丙级。
(2)人防地下室抗力等级为核6级,防水等级二级,地下室抗震等级为四级。
(3)人防地下室外墙战时其外侧覆土厚度不得小于10m或外墙顶标高低于室外地面。
