幼儿园大班阅读材料的选择与投放现状调查
摘要
随着教育工作者们对幼儿园自主阅读活动的关注显著提升,许多一线教师将文献学习视为一项提升自身职业素养的有效途径,然而现有的研究成果多以家庭阅读为背景,缺乏对幼儿园自主阅读活动的具体指导。
因此本研究欲弥补现有研究的不足,对幼儿园大班阅读材料的选择与投放展开专门的研究,为幼儿园大班教师提供可参考的建议。
在为期一个月的调查期间内,本研究主要运用了观察法和访谈法,以一所幼儿园大班中的所有阅读材料、4名教师和42名幼儿为研究对象,观察与记录了目前幼儿园大班教师对阅读材料的选择与投放现状,访谈教师在此期间所考虑的因素和遇到的问题,定期观察参与自主阅读活动的幼儿对书籍选择与阅读的情况,访谈整体幼儿对自主阅读活动的兴趣爱好。
经过调查与分析,研究结论表明目前幼儿园大班的自主阅读活动有许多可取之处,主要指书籍的种类适宜、来源丰富,此外教师对阅读材料的选择原则和投放依据也认识深刻,有一定的实施策略。
但是也仍旧存在不足,包括书籍的数量过少、更换频率较低,阅读环境中缺少装饰和教师经验不足造成不能完成掌握幼儿的兴趣的问题。
最后,研究者也结合现实条件,提出了一定的建议。

The research on choosing and throwing the early reading material in the top
class of kindergarten
Abstract
With the rapid development of early reading, educators' attention to the independent reading activity of kindergarten has been greatly improved, many teachers have regarded literature learning as an effective way to raise their own professionalism.. however, the existing research results are mostly in the background of family reading but lack of the specific guidance on independent reading activities in the kindergarten. As the young children who in a critical period of reading and writing. Teachers must build up an adequate reading environment. Therefore, this study is on the selection and delivery of reading materials in the kindergarten, which seeks to make up for the shortcomings of the existing research and provide reference
recommendations.
During the study period of one month, this study used the method of observation and interview. The subjects included the reading materials of the top classes in the kindergarten, 4 teachers and 42 children. The researcher not only observed and recorded the current status of material but also made the interview with the teachers according to the factors they thought and the problems they met in the selection and delivery. Besides, The researcher also interview the children’s interest of the independent reading activities.
The results of the study show that the current status on the reading material of selection and delivery in the top class of kind ergarten is good. Teachers’ choice of books are abundant and suitable. What it’s really great that the teachers pay more attention to the participation of children with parents and their parents. On the other hand, the issues of the situation can include t hat the quantity of the books isn’t adequate and the constitutions of the materials in the environment is single. In the end, The researcher also puts forward some suggestions on the basis of the actual conditions.
After researching and analyzing,the conclusions show that the independent reading in the top class of kindergarten have achieved some success, It mainly refers to that the sorts of books is suitable and their origin is abundant. Besides that, the teachers all have a deep understanding on the principle of selection and the collocation. On the other hand, there are also some deficiencies. Firstly, the quantity and the frequency of books is too little to satisfied with the need of child. On the second, The environment also in the lack of decorates. In the last, the lack of experience make the teacher couldn’t completely grasp the interest of children. Finally, the researchers also put forward some suggestions on the basis of realistic conditions.
