2015年海南省中考英语试题分析林玉燕一.命题指导思想1.命题依据2015年海南省初中毕业生学业水平考试英语科试题以《义务教育英语课程标准》(教育部,2011)为指导,以省内现行初中教材为参考,不依赖、不偏向于某一版本的教材,严格按照省教育厅中考文件、《中考英语科考试说明》及我省初中英语课程改革实际和考生实际水平来命制。
2.命题立意海南省初中毕业生学业水平考试兼有毕业和选拔两项功能,英语科试题以能力测试为主导,考查学生对所学课程基础知识、基本技能的掌握程度和在英语语境中理解语言及综合运用语言的能力。
引导学生了解世界、关注社会、体验生活。
试题注重情景的设置,提高思维含量,彰显英语作为语言工具学科的特点,突出用英语做事情的理念。
试题既较好地体现了学生的初中英语学业水平,也在一定程度上体现了选拔和甄别的功能,亦对初中英语教学起了良好的导向作用。
3.命题功效本次命题贯彻国家教育方针,面向全体学生,体现义务教育的性质,全面、真实地反映学生在学科学习目标方面所达到的水平。

二.试题特点本次试题的命制突出了英语语言的实用性、生活性、选择性、时代性、情景性和文化性以及基础性和甄别性。
1. 2015年海南省初中毕业生学业水平考试英语科试题的命制原则体现了考试的公平性和公正性。
本省15年初中毕业生英语科目使用的版本有人教版和湘教版,以任何一个版本的教材为依据命制试题都将是对学习另一版本的学生的不公平。
而试题的公平公正是考试的灵魂,没有了公平公正,考试将没有任何意义,更遑论试题命制的合理和高明。
本次试题的命制以《课程标准》和《中考学科考试说明》为依据,不依赖、不偏向于任何一个版本的教材,体现了试题命制在内容上的公平公正。
同时,试题命制过程中精心选材,题型、内容、难度符合《考试说明》的要求,注意地区差异,不偏向某一特定地区的题材,确保了对不同区域考生的公平公正。

新教育·上旬刊一、试题概况2018年海南省初中毕业生学业考试英语试卷的命题以《英语课程标准》为指导,结合我省初中英语教学实际,同时考虑初高中教学的衔接,体现了毕业测试和选拔的双重意义。
试卷的特点如下:题型稳定,注重基础;选题贴近生活,突出语用功能;渗透学科核心素养,彰显社会性与人文性;关注学生日常生活,体现情景性与交际性。

今年的命题亮点很多,其中最令人瞩目的是注重原创,阅读的A 篇是完全的原创语篇,C 篇是改编自外国媒体的一篇新闻报道。
二、考试概况2018年英语学科总体情况:本次考试满分120分,平均分56.3676分,考试人数101770人,优秀率13.7162%,良好率20.906%,及格率29.8497%,低分率34.7951%。
今年中考各项指标比往年均有提升。
三、试题具体题型的分析1.听力理解。
(1)听句子选图画,共5小题。
试题图文并茂,有利于考生捕获信息。
五个句子分别是人物动作、场景事物、公共场合标识、动物和课堂教学用语,图片反差大,易于识别。
(2)听句子选答语,共5小题。
涉及出行方式、询问时间/星期几、邀请、情感安慰和提建议。
话题源于生活,涉及适当的语境,强化了语言学习的交际功能。
(3)对话理解,共5小题。
两组对话涉及的是去动物园和谈论某人。
此题设题角度多样,包括原因、时间、地点、人物和活动等。
(4)短文理解,共5小题。
涉及的话题是生日派对。
短文信息点丰富,要求考生就短文中出现的相关时间、地点、礼物、爱好及邀请朋友的数量等细节内容进行综合推断,从而得出正确答案。
今年的听力题没有出现复杂的句型和难听懂的篇章,设题强化情境和语用。
题目有以下特点:(1)难度适中,情景丰富。
(2)考查学生听懂语言素材并获取信息的能力。
(3)遵循了由易到难的测试原则。
直接信息题、理解推理和综合判断题各占一定比例。
