(2) Everybody thinks highly of the PrincipalXu making great contributions to Shandong University .At the same time they also hope that the new President will complete the great goal of constructing world-class university.

1.what arrangements need to be made
(1)Do a good job in personnel division of labor, complete proposal of term project.
(2)Through the investigation,we want to know the students’ hopes for the newPresident and assess the old principal ’s achievements
The objectives
（1）Aimed at understanding the students' most realistic ideas, encouraging students to dare to offer suggestions
（2）Inspire students focus on the campus ofShandong university as a ownership
The expected conclusions
(1)Most of the students know the changes of principal and pay close attention to this , think this is closely related to the campus and its own development
(2)random interview students and teachers on campus and record it with camera
(3) Carry on the material to compile, complete the report of investigation. Simultaneously completes editing work of the interview video.
