Answer: As we all know traffic problem is a serious challenge of living in big city. Heavy traffic is usual in big city. We have to get up quite early in order to avoid the traffic jam, or we maybe late for work or school. This is a disturbing thing. And I think pollution is another challenge for people living in big city such as Beijing, shanghai and so on. I find almost everything is polluted around us such as air, food, water and so on. Choosing career is a decision that affects our standard of life, our daily activity and so on. Many people have difficulty in deciding on their career. But as far as I am concerned, there are several factors that affect our choice of a job.

For one thing, I prefer to find a job that contributes my further development and personal enrichment. That is to say the job can provide me greater opportunity to development. I can learn something in my job rather than do the same thing every day.

For another thing, work place is also an important factor in my choice of a job. My major is software engineering. Software industry develops well in big society such as Beijing Shanghai Guangzhou and so on. So I would find a job in big city which will offer me more opportunities.

Thirdly, I also concern about the salary of a job. It goes without saying the higher the better. But the premise is I am competent for the job.
