摘要
由于晶闸管具有体积小,重量轻,效率高,寿命长,使用方便。可以方便的进行整流和逆变且可以不改变电路结构的前提下改变整流或逆变电流的大小的特点。
关于晶闸管和触发电路部分的内容是基础部分,主要介绍了晶闸管的基本原理,主要介绍了晶闸管的特点,各自的优缺点及伏安特性的原则等,根据任务书要求最终选择满足设计任务的设计方案。触发电路是非常重要的部分,从单结晶体管和同步信号为锯齿波的触发电路来研究,并使用SIMULINK仿真软件为设计中需要的仿真程序来进行处理以及结果的体现。
晶闸管的基本原理主要是以工作原理以及伏安特性来进行介绍和了解,为了下文的触发电路的设计做基础。本设计主要是以单结晶体管构成的触发电路和同步信号为锯齿波的触发电路为主要研究方向,从简到繁。逐步了解和接触触发电路。在仿真的部分,由于要使用没有接触过的SIMULINK仿真软件,为了更好的完成仿真目的,本设计之中也主要的突出仿真软件的介绍,全面完成先设计再仿真的工作。
由于现在对于晶闸管的使用越来越频繁,在各个领域内都需要从晶闸管的使用和研究。通过本次的毕业设计的研究,可以使在今后的工作中得到一定的帮助。
