●本煤矿用液压挖掘机为防爆煤矿用液压挖掘机,适用于煤矿井下使用,使用时用户必须遵守《煤矿安全规程》上对防爆煤矿用液压挖掘机使用的有关规定,使用环境温度为-10℃~+40℃。
●请严格按照使用说明书的内容和要求进行磨合、使用和保养。
●电气线路接线必须正确、牢固;发电机运转时,严禁拆卸各连接线路。
所有电器元部件“严禁带电打开”,开盖检查时要断开电源。
2使用时●在柴油机运转时,操作人员不准靠近其旋转部分。
严禁在柴油机运转时进行拆卸。
在进行必要的检查和调整时,须特别小心,注意安全。
●柴油机散热器内部有20kPa的内压,添加冷却液时应按要求停车,待冷却液充分降温后,再添加冷却液,以免高温液体溅出烫伤。
●当柴油机进、排气系统发生故障时需要进行维修或清洗防爆栅栏时应停机,待排气系统冷却后方可进行维修。
柴油机进、排气系统在装配时所有隔爆面必须保持干净且无划伤,并涂240-1防锈油。
●煤矿用液压挖掘机工作时,人员应避离工作装置下方危险区域。
●煤矿用液压挖掘机铲斗载荷过大会发生机器倾翻,工作时注意不要超过额定载荷。
●严禁下坡时空档或熄火滑行。
●车辆运行期间司机应佩戴听力保护装置。
3使用结束时●在停车前应逐步减小柴油机负荷和转速,待冷却液温度降低至70℃以下时方可停车。
严禁在冷却液温度过高时骤然停车。
4其他事项●MWC6/0.23L煤矿用液压挖掘机必须按《MWC6/0.23L煤矿用液压挖掘机使用说明书》上规定进行定期检修,发现隐患应及时处理,煤矿用液压挖掘机所配防爆部件不得随意更换。
铲运机介绍

形斗,用来盛装铲起的土壤,其底部的前面镶嵌着刀片,用于铲土。铲斗的后 斗壁就是一块可移动的卸土板。铲斗的前部通过两个提升油缸吊挂在猿架象鼻 上,后部通过尾架与后轮的轴壳相连,这样铲斗升降的同时,可绕后轮轴转动, 而铲斗斗门的启闭是通过斗门油缸来控制的。 • 液压操纵系统,它有三个并联连接的分配阀可操纵其独立动作来分别控制六个 油缸,从而实现铲斗的升降、斗门的启闭和卸土板(后斗壁)的移动,且在分 配阀和油缸间装有液压锁,以避免在运输中因油液泄漏而导致铲斗的下落。

1.2机器起动前必须按警示电铃后才能起动机器。
1.3装载机在前进或后退时,必须保证前后左右人员和自身的安全,同时注意防止轧坏电缆。
1.4在作业期间或当机器接通电源后,严禁人员在装载机前面大臂的移动范围内和机体两侧停留,避免因大臂突然下落或机体侧翻造成伤害。
1.5在改变装载机作业方位时,要事先提醒工作范围内的所有人员注意安全。
1.6装载机启动前应确保所有管路都已联接牢固,不得有渗漏;确保各手柄都在原始位置,油箱出口球阀处于开启位置。
1.7工作中机器遇到异常声响等危机情况应立即停机查明原因,排除故障后方可开机。
1.8在未关闭电源之前,司机不得擅自离开机器。

1 引言1.1课题研究的背景和意义目前我国露天矿的开采规模逐渐扩大,为了适应日益增大的矿用汽车铲装的需要,这就需要较大斗容的挖掘机,由于挖掘机愈大,每单位土石方的施工成本愈低,而液压挖掘机较机械式挖掘机有很多优点,但是国内对大型液压正铲挖掘机的研究较少,液压挖掘机工作装置是完成挖掘机各项功能的主要构件,其结构的合理性直接影响到挖掘机的工作性能和可靠性,对其研究是整机开发的基础,对工作装置进行优化,目的在于缩短研究和开发周期,降低产品成本,提高设计质量,本课题的任务就在于此[1]。
现代化建设速度,在很大程度上取决于各种工程建设速度,而工程机械水平的高低,又直接对工程建设速度发挥着促进或抑制作用。
传统研发管理及设计方法只是被动地重复分析产品的性能,而不是主动地设计产品的参数。
作为一项设计,不仅要求方案可行、合理,而且应该是某些指标达到最优的理想方案。
随着电子计算机的应用,在机械设计领域内,已经可以用现代化的设计方法和手段进行设计,来满足对机械产品提出的要求。
利用优化设计方法,人们就可以从众多的设计方案中寻找出最佳设计方案,从而大大提高设计效率和质量。
可靠性是我国工程机械的致命弱点,我们要正视差距,增强科研开发力度,提高技术水平,更多地发展具有自主知识产权的高质量产品,进一步促进工程机械的发展[1]。
1.2 液压挖掘机研究现状及发展动态挖掘机作为一种典型的土石方施工设备,在基础设施建设中起着十分重要的作用,因此加强对挖掘机的研究具有十分重要的意义,随着能源的紧缺和人们对环保意识的增强,节能技术研究成为同行学者关注的焦点没随着人类空间获活动的延伸,以及人类对挖掘机工作环境与功能要求的延伸,在遥控挖掘机和机器人化挖掘机研究方面正进行不懈努力,遥控挖掘机的研究离实用化已经不远,开发智能化的多功能挖掘机并使之成为真正的挖掘机器人还是人们追求的目标。
由于挖掘作业中负载变化剧烈,有些学者已经开始将振动挖掘方式运用于减少挖掘阻力,减低功率消耗以及延长机器使用寿命方面的研究。
挖掘式装载机操作说明

煤矿用挖掘式装载机操作规程一、上机前的准备工作1.操作司机应经过培训,了解本机的结构、性能和工作原理,熟悉本机的操作方法和维护保养技术,背熟按钮箱各按钮的功能和位置,背熟操纵杆位置功能示意图,经考核合格后方可上机。
2.检查油位,正常的油位应在油标的上、下限之间,如果油量不足应及时加油补充。
液压油和容器必须保持清洁。
3.检查各处销轴、紧固件、电气元件、电线电缆、液压元件、液压管路是否正常,如有异常应及时修复。
4.确认各操作手柄置于中位。
二、操作方法1.打开电源总开关2.启动电机3.待10秒启动完成后才能带压力使用。
停机4小时以上要让泵空运转5~10分钟,才能带压力工作。
4.将运输槽铲板降至地面。
5.操纵机器向前推进,把石料聚拢,同时把地面推平。
6.确认可以工作后把手柄扳至输送正转。
7.操纵先导阀依次让大臂抬起、小臂伸出、把铲斗放至与小臂约成一线的位置,然后将大臂放下、小臂收回(同时使大臂上下微动),即可将石料扒进运输槽。
转动回转臂可在较大的范围内扒取,根据石料的远近不同适当收放铲斗将有利于扒取。
在扒取过程中一般不应将各臂运动到极限位置,以避免经常过度冲击,缩短机器的使用寿命。
同时可避免因过载阀经常溢流而产生油温过高的现象。
特别要注意不准使铲斗直接撞击运输槽,否则将造成槽体严重变形。
8.在扒取过程中要经常留心刮板链是否在正常输送,万一卡住,要及时停止输送,否则因过载,油温将迅速升高,则不能继续工作。
解除卡链的办法是:把输送正转操纵杆扳至中位,来回扳动输送操纵杆,使刮板链快速正反冲击,即可解除卡链。
在运输槽内有石料的情况下切不可使输送操纵杆停在输送反转的位置,否则有可能崩断链条或刮板,严重影响生产。
9.在行走过程中需要停止刹车时,将脚踏先导阀放在中位即可。
如果长时间停止需要将机头铲板压住地面。
10.装载机行走或倒车时应启动电铃作为警示信号。
三、注意事项:1.本机工作时,非操作人员和设备都不能靠近,以免发生事故。

1 绪论1.1 装载机概述1.1。
1 装载机简介装载机属于铲土运输机械类,是一种通过安装在前端一个完整的铲斗支撑结构和连杆,随机器向前运动进行装载或挖掘,以及提升、运输和卸载的自行式履带或轮胎机械。
它广泛用于公路、铁路、建筑、水电、港口和矿山等工程建设.装载机具有作业速度快、效率高、机动性好、操作轻便等优点,因此成为工程建设中土石方施工的主要机种之一,对于加快工程建设速度,减轻劳动强度,提高工程质量,降低工程成本都发挥着重要的作用,是现代机械化施工中不可缺少的装备之一。
1.1.2 装载机的主要技术性能参数标志装载机的主要技术性能参数有铲斗容量、额定载重量、发动机额定功率、整机质量、最大行驶速度、最小转弯半径、最大牵引力、最大掘起力、最大卸载高度、卸载距离、工作装置动作三项和等。
(1)铲斗容量一般指铲斗的额定容量,为铲斗平装容量与堆尖部分体积之和,用m3 表示。
(2)额定载重量指在保证装载机稳定工作的前提下,铲斗的最大载重量,单位为kg 。
(3)发动机额定功率发动机额定功率又称发动机标定功率或总功率,是表明装载机作业能力的一项重要参数。
发动机功率分为有效功率和总功率,有效功率是指在29°C 和746mmHg(1mmHg=133。
322Pa)压力情况下,在发动机飞轮上实有的功率(也称飞轮功率)。
国产装载机上所标有的功率一般指总功率,即包括发动机有效功率和风扇、燃油泵、润滑油泵、滤清器等辅助设备所消耗的功率.单位为kw。
(4)整机质量(工作质量)指装载机设备应有的工作装置和随机工具,加足燃油,润滑系统、液压系统和冷却系统都加足液体,并且带有规定形式和尺寸的空载铲斗和司机标定质量(75kg±3kg)时的主机质量。
它关系到装载机使用的经济性、可靠性和附着性能,单位为kg 。
(5)最大行驶速度指铲斗空载,装载机行驶于坚硬的地面上,前进和后退各档能达到最大速度,它影响装载机的生产率和安排施工方案,单位为km/h 。
美国卡特履带式松土机安全操作规程

1、适用范围:本规程适用于中铝股份有限公司广西分公司矿山部美国卡特彼勒履带式松土机的安全操作。
2、安全规程:2.1 履带式松土机操作工,必须经过专项培训,经主管部门考核领取操作证后,方准操作。
2.2 操作松土机时,应严格遵守《中华人民共和国道路交通管理条例》以及公司、矿部制定的有关规章制度,顺从管理人员的指挥和检查。
2.3 不准将松土机交给没有操作证的人员操作。
2.4 操作松土机时,必须保持精力充沛,思想集中、禁止吸咽、饮食、闲淡及其他有影响安全操作的行为。
严禁酒后操作松土机。
2.5 操作权土机时,除操作工外,禁止其他人员坐或站在设备上,更不能上下设备或传递物件。
2.6 在上、下车辆时必须面对车辆并使用台阶及扶手,始终采用三点式上下法,不能跳跃。
2.7 行驶时要遵守转弯三项规定(减速、鸣号、靠右行),会车时要做到礼让三先(先让、先慢、先停)。
上坡不准曲线行驶,下坡不准熄火或空档滑行。
2.8 保持外观整洁,加强设备例行保养,及时消除隐患和故障,不开存在安全隐患及故障的设备,确保操作安全。
2.9 在紧固履带板螺栓和驱动轮齿块螺栓时,机具必须完全置于坚实的地面上。
2.10 在碎石、粘土路面高速行驶或上、下坡时,不能急转弯,需要急转弯或原地旋转时,应用低速行驶。
2.11 越过障碍物时,必须用低速行驶,不得采用斜行或脱开一侧转向离合器越过。
2.12 在积水地带行驶或作业时,必须查明水深,应以冷却风扇扇叶不接触水面为限,下水前或出水后,均应对行止装置加注润滑脂。
2.13 填沟作业驶近边坡时,铲刀不得越出边缘,后退时应先换档,方可提升铲刀进行倒车;在深沟、基坑或陡坡地区作业,必须有专人指挥,否则必须放出安全边坡。
2.14 松土机用业为铲运机助推时,不准猛顶,应尽量做到平稳接触等速助推,两机应保持同一直线运行。
2.15 在设备运转时不准打开水箱或油箱盖,必须在冷却并释放压力后才能打开。
3、操作规程:3.1 松土机的起动:3.1.1 将档位、各操作手柄、转向控制阀置于中位,在钥匙插入启动开关后,转动一格,等待检测完成后,再转回原位,此时才能转动起动钥匙至启动位置,起动发动机,待发动机启动后立即复位。

It is activated from a keypad located behind a service door at ground level. Controls are also located in the cab on a keypad. The ladder provides a rigid and angled base of support for easier climbing and descent. For added safety, the steps are illuminated by LED lights.An actuator under the cab operates the step. When not in use, the ladder retracts under the cab. An audible alarm sounds if the machine moves while the ladder is down.
