湖南某金矿ZK0202钻孔工程设计及孔斜控制

摘要

湖南某金矿ZK0202钻孔,位于湖南省岳阳市平江县长寿镇黄金洞乡杨山庄,地处山区,区内构造变形强烈,褶皱、韧性剪切带、断层、劈理、面理广泛发育,构成了本区复杂的构造格局。

在这样的地质条件下进行钻孔施工,需要进行严格的工程设计。采用金刚石绳索取芯钻进方法。首先在钻孔结构设计方面采用三级孔身结构,采用Ф91mm 的钻头开孔至6m,下入Ф89mm孔口管;中间孔段用直径为Ф75mm的钻头钻进至152m,下入Ф73mm套管;终孔段用Ф59mm的钻头钻进至终孔。

选择地质系统液压立轴式岩心钻机XY-5型岩心钻机、国内往复式泥浆泵BW-250型、直径为5cm的供水管、钻机动力用Y250M-4电动机、取芯设备电动机采用Y132S-4型、选择功率大于190kw的发电机组、采用S59型绳索取芯钻具、钻塔选择SG18,附属设备包括小口径金刚石钻进用水龙头、普通提引器、JW-1型泥浆搅拌机、木马夹持器。管材使用金刚石绳索取芯专用管材。选择金刚石绳索取芯双管钻头。

Ф59mm孔段钻压控制在4.5~8.5KN、转速控制在600~1200KN、冲洗液泵量控制在30~45L/min。Ф75mm孔段钻压控制在6~10KN、转速控制在400~850KN、冲洗液泵量控制在40~60L/min。Ф91mm孔段钻压控制在8~15KN、转速控制在350~700KN、冲洗液泵量控制在50~70L/min。泥浆采用泡沫泥浆配方为:高阳土4~5%;Na2CO37%;CMC 0.2~0.3%;PHP 200~300ppm;DF-1发泡剂150~200ppm。

为了解决钻孔偏斜严重的问题,对造成孔斜的原因进行分析,采取必要的防斜手段。首先设备安装及开孔质量必须做好。再者在钻遇强造斜孔段采用下限钻压及转速,即75mm孔段采用钻压6KN、转速355r/min,59mm孔段采用钻压4.5KN、转速577 r/min。最后在钻具的组合上采用满眼钻具防斜,合理的连接扶正器,75mm孔段上扶正器至钻头的距离为9.37m;中扶正器至钻头的距离为3.7m。下扶正器距钻头1m;59mm孔段上扶正器至钻头的距离为7.72m;中扶正器至钻头的距离为3.09m。下扶正器距钻头1m。

Abstract:ZK0202 drilling of a gold mine, located in Huangjindong,Changshou, Pinjiang,Yueyang City, Hunan Province ofChina.It is in the mountains with strong regional tectonic deformation, folds, ductile shear zones, faults, cleavage, foliation widely developed, this area constitutes a complex tectonic pattern,u sing of diamond coring drilling method.

Drilling in such a geological conditions, needs a strict engineering design.First design 3 level structure in terms of drilling structure.Drill hole with Ф91mm diamond bit to 6m,Install Ф89mm orifice pipe,Intermediate hole section with a diameter of Ф75mm diamond bit drilling to 152m and run casing Ф73mm.Finally use Ф59mm bit drill to the end.

ChooseXY-5 Core drilling equipment of geological system Hydraulic vertical shaft type Core Drill,BW-250 Mud Pump, a diameter of5cm water pipe,Y250M-4 motor,Coring equipment motor type use Y132S-4,Choose generator sets with power greater than 190kw,Using the type of S59 wireline coring drill,Choose SG18 rig,Ancillary equipment including small-diameter diamond drilling taps, general mention inducer, JW-1-type slurry mixer, Trojan holder, using a diamond wireline coring pipe special pipe.

The Ф59mm hole section drilling pressure controlled,4.5 ~ 8.5KN and Speed control 600 ~ 1200KN and Mud volume control in 30 ~ 45 L / min.Ф75mm bore section drilling pressure control at 6 ~ 10KN, speed control at 400 ~ 850KN, mud pump volume control in 40 ~ 60 L / min.Ф91mm bore section drilling pressure control at 8 ~ 15KN, speed control at 350 ~ 700KN, wash pump volume control in 50 ~ 70L/min.Foam mud formula is: High-positive soil 4 ~ 5%; Na_2 CO_3 7%; CMC 0.2 ~ 0.3%; PHP 200 ~ 300ppm; DF-1 foaming agent 150 ~ 200ppm.

In order to solve the serious problems of drilling skew,analyze the causes and take the necessary anti-deflection means.First, the quality of equipment installation and openings must do better.When drilled to strong whipstock formationsuse lower WOB and RPM.That 75mm hole section adopts WOB 6KN, speed 355r/min,59mm hole section use WOB 4.5KN, speed of 577 r / min.Finally, a combination of packed hole assembly on the use of anti-deflection l, reasonable connection centralizer.The75mm hole section, the upper centralizer have a distance of 9.37m to bit.Intermediate centralizer to bit distance of 3.7 m.Bottom centralizer spacing drill 1 m. The59mm hole section, the upper centralizer have a distance of 7.72m to bit.Intermediate centralizer to bit distance is of 3.09m,b ottom centralizer spacing drill 1 m.
