第一条学历资历条件

⒈副主任医（药、护、技)师

⑴医学类、相关医学类、药学类专业大学专科毕业，取得主治（管)医(药、护、技)师资格后，从事本专业工作不少于7年。

⑵医学类、相关医学类、药学类专业大学本科毕业，取得主治（管)医(药、护、技)师资格后，从事本专业工作不少于5年。

⑶取得医学类、相关医学类、药学类专业硕士学位，取得主治（管)医(药、护、技)师资格后，从事本专业工作不少于4年。

⑷取得医学类、相关医学类、药学类专业博士学位，取得主治（管)医(药、护、技)师资格后，从事本专业工作不少于1年。

⑸医学类、相关医学类、药学类专业博士后人员在完成博士后研究工作、出博士后流动站前。

⑹医学类、相关医学类、药学类专业中专毕业，在我市15个边远贫困和少数民族地区（县)医疗机构（三级医院除外)以及在我市各区县乡镇、村属医疗卫生机构工作的农村卫生专业技术人员，从事卫生专业技术工作20年以上，取得主治（管)医(药、护、技)师资格后，从事本专业工作不少于7年。

2论文条件

任现职期间的论文论著

①教学医院：有3篇以上质量较高的论著、经验交流、述评等学术文章，在CSCD核心库期刊上发表（第一作者或通讯作者)。

②城市医疗卫生机构：有2篇以上质量较高的论著、经验交流、综述等学术文章（其中1篇须为论著或综述或经验交流)，在统计源期刊上发表（第一作者或通讯作者)。

③农村医疗卫生机构：有2篇以上的业务文章，其中1篇须为质量较好的经验交流、综述和个案在国家统一刊号和书号（CN或ISSN)的医学杂志发表（第一作者或通讯作者)。

Ovarian cancer is a common malignant tumor in women with epithelial ovarian cancer, whichaccounts for more than 90%, is a high incidence, diagnosis rate is low, high mortality diseases,the incidence of occult lesions, complex, and epithelial ovarian cancer may occur in intra-abdominal metastasis of [1], larger, harm patients caused by it, has an

important significance for the patients with epithelial ovarian cancer early diagnosis. CA125 is a commonly used diagnostictumor marker for ovarian cancer, but because of its specificity and sensitivity alone diagnosis is not high, while Mesothelin (mesothelin) is possible with cancer reported in recent years were related to the occurrence of tumor markers, therefore, this paper mainly discusses theMesothelin and CA125 in diagnosis of epithelial ovarian cancer.

Materials and methods 1

1.1 average data this study for patients in 2010 December -2011 year in June in our hospitaltreatment of 46 patients with epithelial ovarian cancer patients and 45 cases of benign ovariandisease, also have a physical examination in the hospital at the same period in 45 normal subjects as control group, 3 groups of patients with general information as follows: (1) epitheliumovarian cancer group (46 cases): in the age between 21~, 65 years old, mean age 41.7 years;TNM stage: 8 patients with stage Ⅰ, Ⅱ 7 cases, 14 cases were stage Ⅲ, Ⅳ 7 cases. (2) of ovarian benign disease group (45 cases): age 20~ 62 years old, average 39.8 years old; of which 25 patients with serous cystadenoma, 20 cases of mucinous cystadenoma. (3) in healthy control group (45 cases): age 21~ 62 years old, average 40.6 years; all the patients wereexcluded heart, liver, kidney and other organic diseases, by comparison, age and gender was similar in the three groups were not statistically different, (P>0.05), with comparable.

The 1.2 method

1.2.1 sample: (1) serum: early in the morning, three groups of subjects were fasting venous blood (5ml), 12h blood was centrifuged (3000r/min) after 10min, absorb the supernatant, placed in the refrigerator to save -80 °C. (2): the urine of all subjects collection of morning urine 10ml,centrifugal (3000r/min) 10min, -80 °C placed in the refrigerator to save.
