阴雨及恶劣天气施工方案

本工程施工期间正逢雨季，根据天气预报，今年本地区雨水大，雨水勤，因此本工程施工要特别预防。

一、雨期施工的准备工作

由于雨期施工持续时间长，而且大雨、大风等恶劣天气具有突然性，因此必须作好雨期施工的安全技术措施，作好雨期施工的各项准备工作。

1、合理组织施工

根据雨期施工的特点，将不宜在雨期施工的工程提早或拖后安排，晴天抓紧室外作业，雨天安排室内工作。注意天气预报，作好防汛准备。遇到大雨、大雾、雷击和6级以上大风等恶劣天气，应当停止露天高处、起重吊装和打桩等作业。暑期作业应调整作息时间，从事高温作业的场所应当采取通风和降温措施。2、做好施工现场的排水

（1）根据施工平面图，按规定坡度挖好排水沟，确保施工工地排水畅通。

（2）严格按防汛要求，设置连续、通畅的排水设施和其他应急设施。

3、运输道路

4、临时设施及其他施工准备工作

（1）施工现场的临时设施，在雨前应整修加固，保证不漏、

后，要检查其地基和主体结构情况，发现问题及时处理。

（2）雨期前应清除沟边多余的弃土，减轻坡顶压力。

（3）雨后应及时对坑、槽、沟边坡和固壁支撑结构进行检查

和测量，发现边坡有裂缝、疏松、支撑结构折断、走动等危

险征兆，应当立即采取措施。

（4）大风大雨后，应检查塔吊的基础、塔身的垂直度，塔吊

和龙门架的附着结构，安全保险装置，确认无异常后方可作

业。

（5）大雨、大雾、高温、雷击和6级以上大风等恶劣天气，

应当停止脚手架的搭设和拆除工作。大风大雨后，要组织检

查脚手架是否牢固、如有倾斜、下沉、松扣、蹦扣和安全网

脱落、开绳等现象，要及时处理。

二、雨期施工用电

1、各种露天使用的电器设备应选择较高的干燥处放置。

2、机电设备（配电盘，闸箱，电焊机，水泵等）应有可靠的

防水设施，电焊机应加防护雨罩。

3、雨期前应检查照明和动力线有无混线，漏电，电杆有无腐

蚀，埋设是否牢靠等，防止触电事故发生。

4、雨期要检查现场电气设备的接零，接地保护措施是否牢靠，

漏电保护装置是否灵敏，电线绝缘接头是否良好。

四、雨期施工的防雷

1、施工现场高出建筑物的塔吊应按照规定设防雷装置，并经常进行检查。

2、施工现场的防雷装置一般由避雷针，接地线和接地体三部分组成。
