The Motors both in indoor unit and outdoor unit take the new pressure-adjustment&speed adjustment technology which is GREE's own patent, and then motor speed is changed continuously,not like normal products only three speeds(Low/Mid/high). The system will automatically adjust the motor speed based on actual capacity need, so EER under part-load improves a lot.

Since the pipe distance is long and the height balance between indoor and outdoor is high, you can select the indoor unit whose nominal cooling capacity is greater than the room load. The select result is as follow:

4.3 Select the outdoor unit
The sum of the indoor unit capacity code should between 50% and 135% of the selected indoor unit capacity code。The sum of the capacity code of the indoor unit is 25×1+35×2+50×2+70×1 = 265 ， select the outdoor unit whose capacity code is 300 and the nominal cooling capacity is 30KW. The ratio of capacity code of indoor and outdoor unit is 265/300×100%=88%，this number is between 50%—135%， fits the selection standard.
