11 Unless otherwise agreed, the goods remain at the seller’s risk until the property in them is transferred to the buyer, but when the property in them is transferred to the buyer, the goods are at the buyer’s risk whether delivery has been made or not.

12 In the event that Notice of Readiness for delivery of the vessel has not been tendered by the Sellers to the Buyers in writing or by telex within the Cancelling Date or in the event that the Sellers notify the Buyers( with reasons) prior to the Cancelling Date that the vessel will not be ready for delivery within the Cancelling Date then the Buyers have the option to maintain or cancel the sale. The Buyers are to declare their option to maintain or cancel the sale within 48 hours of the Sellers’ notification that the vessel will not be ready for delivery within the Cancelling Date.
