Getting rid of that nasty cough is as easy as 1,2,3.你需要

You Will Need

凉茶

Herbal tea

蜂蜜

Honey

蒸馏器

A vaporizer

Water

新鲜的生姜

Fresh ginger

Milk

步骤

Steps

1.喝茶

STEP 1 Have some tea

喝点加蜂蜜的凉茶。能够立即为你带来持久的舒缓效果。

Drink herbal tea with honey. This will bring immediate and lasting relief.

2.增加蒸汽

STEP 2 Add vapor
