Traits of the key players

●What exactly is a key player? Every company has a handful of staff in a given

area of expertise that you can count on to get the job done. They are the employees that companies don’t want to be hired by other bosses.

●They have got some traits that make them the key players. There are four traits：

The selfless collaborator, A sense of urgency, Risk tolerance, Strength in interpersonal relationship.

●The selfless collaborator is to say that he or she must know how to cooperate with

the colleague.

● A sense of urgency is to say that you must not only mobilize all of the functions

that support a business to move quickly but also know how to decide what is your destination.

●Risk of tolerance means that you should be capable of tolerating risks when you

decide to do something and have the experiences of failure.

●Strength in interpersonal relationship means that you should be able to work with

a broad variety of personalities, up and down the organization.
