摘要

红叶石楠(Photinia fraseri)是蔷薇科石楠属的杂交种或选育的栽培种,常绿小乔木或多枝丛生灌木,其显著特征是春、秋两季新梢嫩叶火红亮丽,冬季叶片仍呈深红色,是很好的景观苗木。红叶石楠不但生长速度快,而且树形紧凑,萌芽性强,耐整形修剪,可作各种造型,是很好的绿篱材料。红叶石楠适应性强,适合多种土壤,较耐低温,移植容易,是目前我国最著名的彩页观赏树种。

在红叶石楠扦插育苗过程中,对插穗进行激素处理是十分必要的。本文应用吲哚乙酸(IAA)、吲哚丁酸(IBA)、生根粉(ABT)三种激素,每种激素配成5种浓度梯度分别对插穗进行处理,探究其对红叶石楠扦插苗生根的影响。试验结果表明,激素及浓度适当时,能很好地促进扦插苗生根,提高其成活率,其中,生根剂为IBA,浓度为200mg/L时,浸泡两个小时,插穗生根数最多,根系最长,成活率最高。

EFFECTS OF SEVERAL DIFFERENT KINDS AND CONCENTRATION ON THE ROOTING OF PHOTINLA

SERRULATA CUTTINGS

ABSTRACT

Photinia fraseri is cultivated species of rosaceae photinia hybrids or breeding.As a small evergreen tree or shrub tamarix,the leaves remarkable characteristic are red and bright in spring and autumn.Moreover,the winter leaves are still dark red,therefore,it is good as a landscape.Photinia fraseri not only grows fast,but aslo have a compact shape,sprout strongly,resistant to pruning,which can be used for various mold as a good hedge materials.Photinia fraseri can adapt most environment strongly,suit for a variety of soil,can resist lower temperature and transplantation easily.It is the most famous omamental tree species in China currently.

It is necessary to use hormonal treatment in the photinia fraseri cutting propagation process. In this paper, three hormone of indole acetic acid (IAA)、indole butyric acid (IBA) and rooting powder (ABT),which were divided into five concentration gradient,have been chose to explore the roots photinia fraseri cutting seedlings affected. The results obtained by the experiments indicated that hormones and the appropriate concentration can promote rooting cuttings and improve the survival rate, when the rooting concentration of IBA of was 200mg/L,the root number of cutting was the most, the length was the longest and the survival rate was the highest.
