Paper cutting to come from 1600BC，During emperor Wu of Han ,his wife dead ，and he was very missed his wife. So he let a warlock draw his wife ’s picture on the paper, cut it down and hung his bedroom, then lighten the candles. this is probably the earliest papercutting.
