□ 1.遵守公司各项规章制度，生产区域严禁烟火，禁止携带易燃、易爆等危禁品进入

禁火区域；

□ 2.必须在我公司同意的情况下，由指定人员带领方可进入相关区域；需按要求穿戴

必要的个体防护用具；需严格按照更衣程序进行更衣和淋浴；

□ 3.公司提供的任何资料均属于商业秘密，您负有保密义务；保密信息包括但不限于商业秘密、工艺流程、配方、规格说明、程序、软件包、测试结论、技术性专有决窍、操作方法和规程、业务或营销计划、客户名单、建议书和许可性文件。

Notification for Outside Staff

You will visit the working areas for production testing of Jinyu Baoling Bio-pharmaceutical co., LTD. on (date) (month) (year). In order to ensure your safety and health, protect our company’s commercial secrets, you will be told to do the following:

□1. Comply with the company's rules and regulations. Fireworks in the production area are strictly prohibited and flammable, explosive, and other dangerous goods are prohibited from entering the banned area;

□2. You must be led by a designated person to enter related areas if the company agrees; you must wear necessary personal protective equipment as required; and you must change clothes and have a shower strictly according to the training procedure；

□3. All the information provided by our company are in the scope of commercial secrets, you has the obligation to keep them confidential. Confidential information may include, without limitation, trade secrets, processes, formulae, specifications, programs, software packages, test results, technical know-how, methods and procedures of operation, business or marketing plans, customer lists, proposals, and licensed documentation.
