Tasting Note

The Story

铜有三类,分别,青铜,黄铜,和红铜。在古代,青铜是贵族的奢侈品,皇宫的敲击乐器,帝王的马车,都由靑铜铸造。有铜必有金,有金必有银,金银铜是一家。

There are three types of copper,green,yellow and red.An-cient time,green copper was regarded as luxury,emperor’s instruments,king’s chariot was built by green copper.Wher-ever there is copper,there must be gold and silver,these three rare metals are in one.

Vintage Conditions

夏季干燥炎热伴随微风,中间的大风减少了葡萄授粉的几率,从而减少了产量。葡萄成熟期间,温度较为温和,采收前的雨有效的延长了成熟时间,并且带来了更加平衡的风味。

Summer conditions were warmer than average with two heat waves through January and one in February,which tested the limits of grapevine tolerance to heat.Early in the season were high speed winds which reduced berry set,and the size of canopies.

Rain in February rehydrated vines and freshened up vine leaves and started a pattern of cooler daytime temperatures which allowed fruit to finish ripening with moderate tempera-tures.The moisture boost also helped improve fruit balance on generally low crop levels.

Color

深宝石红,边缘伴随一点点的精致石榴红,酒泪痕明显。

Deepruby,withalittlebitgarnet atthe rim,obvious tears.

Palate

温润顺滑,不甜不酸,平衡中庸,细致的单宁如丝般,果香,橡木巡考味道纵横交错,余韵悠长。

Rich and smooth,balanced with acid and sweetness,silky tannins,fruit and oak, lingering length.
