Cause 原因
1. Loose connection or bent pin at connector X10864 or X10863 (head air bag connector)
2. Damaged head airbag wiring harness due to chafing on sharp edge of sunroof cross bracket
Affected car variant: SA403 Glass roof, electrical
1.连接松动或者线插X10864或X10863有针脚弯曲
2.头气囊线束被天窗支架尖锐部位损坏(受影响车辆:装配SA403 电子玻璃天窗)
Measure 措施
Do not replace any parts.
In the event of a customer complaint conduct the following repair instruction at the driver's or
passenger's side according to the stored fault code:
Step 1: Remove/lower headliner partially so that you can see the head air bag including connector (item1) and the wiring harness (item 2). See picture 01.
Step 2: Check if connector is loose or if a pin is bent. See picture 02. Re-secure connection.

Step 3: Check if wiring harness is damaged at the sharp edge of sunroof cross bracket (centre sunroof close to last harness clip). See picture 03 and 04 for position.
Step 4: Repair harness and add extra viscose fibre tape (BMW part no: 83 19 0 412 275) on harness and bracket rear edge. See picture 05.

如果有客户投诉执行下列维修指引:
第一步:部分拆开或降低头气囊饰板,可以看见头气囊连接插头和连接线束,参考图1
第二步:检查连接插头是否有松动和针脚有无弯曲,参考图2。重新安装好
第三步:检查线束是否有被天窗支架损坏,参考图3和图4.
第四步:维修好线束并且在天窗支架尖锐处贴上胶布(零件号:83190412275)
