绕线电阻器

1.适用范围Applicable Scope

本承认书适用绕线型固定电阻器。

2.形名Part Number

依据其种类、额定电力、端子型状、特性、公称电阻值及容许误差等分别注明。

It is composed by Type, Rated Wattage, Terminal Form, Characteristic, and Nominal Resistance

and Tolerance.e.g.

2-1.种类Type

①不燃性涂装型绕线有感电阻器以KNP表示之。

Wire Wound Resistor is called “KNP”

②不燃性涂装型绕线无感电阻器以NKNP表示之。

Wire Wound Resistor is called “N KNP”

2-2.额定电力Rated Wattage

额定电力(W)以数字表示，如1/2W、1W、2W、﹍﹍40W。

Shown by “W”﹑such as 1/2W 、1W、2W、﹍﹍40W。

2-3.端子形状Terminal Form

视端子区分为P形、M形、F形。

2-4.特性Characteristic

温度系数以“T”表示之,如:

Temperature Coefficient is its character represented by “T”, such as:

2-5.公称电阻值Nominal Resistance:

Ω,KΩ为单位,依据JIS-C6402为适用原则(E-24 Series)。

2-6.电阻值及容许误差Tolerance

在室温中依检测器测量,应在指定电阻值之容许误差以内。

3,额定功率Rated power

额定电力是周围温度40℃（3W以上），70℃（2W以下）以下可连续使用之负载电力最大值数, 且应使机械性能与电气性能满足。又周围温度超越上记温度时,依造图一之电力轻减曲线而定。Rated power is the value of Max load voltage specified at the ambient temperature of 70℃and shall

3-1.额定电压Rated V oltage

依公式E=√PR求出连续使用额定电压,如额定电压超出最高使用电压,

则以最高使用电压为连续使用额定电压

It is calculated as the following formula E=√PR

However, in case the voltage calculated exceeds the maximum load voltage, such the maximum load.

Voltage shall be regarded as its rated voltage, means whichever less.

E=连续使用额定电压E=Rated Continuous Working V oltage(V)

P=额定功率P=Rated Power(W)

2. 无感绕线电阻(N K N P)的特性说明:

本项产品可减少各种电子回路的噪声或瞬间突破,如用在交换式电源供应器或不断电设备之电流传感器(Current Sensory)或突破吸收部分(Snubbed)时, 可将噪声干扰降至最低限度,提高振频率或缩小前产品的体积,节省材料费用,并可防止振荡,且突破降低自然可减少电磁波之干扰。
