我和我的同事非常荣幸受英国博闻公司的邀请，来到英国首都伦敦，参加由英国博闻公司与中国民航博物馆合作举办“2014北京国际空中交通管制展览暨研讨会”的协议签字及新闻发布仪式。

在此，我谨代表中国民航博物馆向出席今天活动的各位来宾、各位朋友表示热烈地欢迎和由衷地感谢；也感谢英国博闻公司的良好组织和精心安排。

My colleagues and I are honored and delighted to come to London to attend the signing ceremony and press Release for the important collaboration between UBM plc and China Civil Aviation Museum to co-organize“ATC Global Beijing 2014”. Today, on behalf of China Civil Aviation Museum, I want to extend the warmest welcome and cordial appreciation to the distinguished guests and friends to this event; I also want to thank UBM for the good organization and considerate arrangement for us.

投资兴办的事业单位，博物馆的基本任务是向全社会展示中国民航发展成就、传播民航文化、普及民航知识。

同时还可举办专业展览，包括商业性展览。

China Civil Aviation Museum is a public institution invested by Civil Aviation Administration of China and approved by China National Development and Reform Commission. The primary responsibility of China Civil Aviation Museum is to display the development and achievement of Chinese civil aviation industry, promote civil aviation culture and popularize knowledge of civil aviation to the public. In the meantime, the museum is also available for industry exhibitions and trade shows.
英国博闻公司与中国民航博物馆合作，在北京共同举办2014北京国际空中交通管制展览会，我们积极响应，并就有关问题进行了磋商，最终形成了《合作协议》。

我在此庄严承诺，我们将本着精诚合作的原则，认真履行协议所规定我方的各项义务。

We are delighted that UBM plc decided to cooperate with China Civil Aviation Museum to hold ATC Global Beijing 2014, we actively responded to this great opportunity, and finally reach this "Cooperation Agreement" after
negotiations. I would take this opportunity to announce our solemn commitment that, we will rigorously fulfill and implement our obligations as agreed in the agreement.
民航局空管局是中国民航局领导的在中国境内从事民航空中交通管理的专门机构。

民航博物馆隶属于中国民航局空中交通管理局管理。

民航局空管局鼓励并支持博物馆承办民航业内展览。

本次与博闻公司的合作，空管局领导以示对展览会的重视，派出了办公室主任张有润先生、技术中心主任赵凡先生出席本次活动。

我相信，有民航局空管局的支持和我们双方的共同努力，2014北京国际空中交通管制展览暨研讨会乃至今后的展览会一定能成功举办。

Air Traffic Management Bureau CAAC is a government agency specializes in civil aviation air traffic management in China. China Civil Aviation Museum is managed by ATMB who encourage and support us to undertake exhibitions in civil aviation industry. The leaders at ATMB pay high attention to the cooperation with UBM plc and assign Mr. Zhang You Run Director of General Office and Mr. Zhao Fan Director of Technical Center to attend this activity on behalf of ATMB. I believe that with ATMB’s great support and efforts from both sides, ATC Global Beijing
2014 can be certain to great success, which will lead to more successful cooperation in the future.
