摘要
随着新型电力负荷迅速发展对电能质量提出了更高的要求,以及电力网逐步实行商业化运营,电力用户的需求成为供电企业优先考虑的问题,电网电能质量问题引起了供电企业和用户的高度重视。研究电能质量的监测方法,找出引起电能质量降低的原因具有重要的理论和工程价值。
近年来,计算机技术、通信技术以及测试测量技术的不断发展推动了虚拟仪器技术的不断发展。NI公司的LabVIEW软件具有丰富的软件功能、简单的硬件结构、高度的智能化等特点,是当今最完善、影响力最大的一种图形化编程语言,在测量领域中处于领先地位。
本设计说明书给出并设计了基于LabVIEW平台的电能质量监测系统。本设计说明书首先阐述了电力系统中常用的电能质量监测技术的现状,以及本设计研究的主要内容及意义。然后,对国家电能质量的标准进行了介绍,总结各项电能指标的计算方法,作为系统设计的依据。并针对LabVIEW软件中的一些概念和使用到的VI进行了介绍。随之,根据国家电能质量标准,设计电能质量的监测系统,使用LabVIEW2012实现电压谐波分析、电压偏差、频率的偏差的分析计算和显示,并把监测结果上传至数据库。最后,就该系统在实际运行中存在的不足做出总结,对系统的改进提出建议,指出论文的进一步研究工作展望与设想。

Abstract
With new power load which puts forward higher requirements rapidly developing and power network gradually carrying out commercial operation, power consumers’ demand becomes the prior consideration of the power supply enterprise. Power quality is an essential concern by electrical utilities and customers. Research on the power quality monitoring and analysis method is of great value in both theory and practice.
In recent years, the development of computing technology, communication technology and measuring technique leads to virtual instrument technical progress. The LabVIEW of National Instruments company, which is an advanced technology in the measurement field, possesses perfect software function, simple hardware configuration as well as high intelligence and it is a graphical programming language of the most complete, the greatest influence.
This dissertation proposes a design of the power quality monitoring system based on LabVIEW technique. To begin with, the paper indicates the existent problems for the technology of power quality monitoring, including its actuality and development tendency, as well as the research content and significance. Secondly, the paper describes the national power quality standards, and summing up the calculation method which is about the power quality’s parameter. And then, the paper is focus on the V1 which was used and the concepts of the LabVIEW software.According to the national power quality standards, the power quality monitoring system has been designed by the LabVIEW2012 software. The system could analyze and display the parameter of the harmonic analysis, the deviation of supply voltage and the deviation of frequency, and pass the data to the access.In the end, the concluding part discusses the prospects of the system and summarizes the deficiencies in the actually operating. The possible improvement of the system is also discussed.
