天乐园大戏楼位于前门外鲜鱼口内，始建于清朝乾隆年间，是清代以来，除七大名园之外享名较早，影响很大的一家演出场所。 天乐园名人辈出，田际云曾在此创办了数个戏曲班社以及京城的第一个女子科班“崇雅社”。京剧大师梅兰芳两度献艺，引 起轰动；程砚秋剧业发祥、韩世昌走红之地都是在这里。“百花齐放，推陈出新”，是毛泽东主席为在此举行的中国戏曲研究院 的建院庆典亲笔题词。天乐园是中国戏曲文化的一块活化石，是中国传统文化的一个鲜活载体，是中国美学的一扇精美窗棂。 天乐园大戏楼是北京中轴线上豪华、舒适的现代化剧场。大戏楼是古典风格与现代建筑艺术的完美结合，一层配以豪华舒适 的软椅贵宾席,可容纳170余人，二层是5个露台包厢，可容纳近30人。大戏楼的音响系统、灯光系统均采用世界知名品牌，能满足 艺术团体各种表演、商务会议、新闻发布会等的需要，与吴裕泰内府菜、关帝庙茶社曲径相通，观戏、宴饮、品茗都会让人遐想 连连，回味无穷。天乐园大戏楼隽秀于型，澎湃于心。
Located in Xianyukou Lane outside Qianmen, established in the reign of Emperor Qianlong of Qing Dynasty, Tianleyuan is a place for performance which enjoys reputation earlier and exerts great influence since the Qing Dynasty in addition to top seven theaters In Tianleyuan, celebrities come forth in great numbers. Tian Jiyun ever set up several traditional opera societies and the first women’s traditional opera school in the capital city, Chongya Society. The Beijing opera master Mei Lanfang made performance here twice, which aroused a sensation; it was also the place where the drama career of Cheng Yanqiu prospered and Han Shichang became famous. “All flowers bloom together, get rid of the stale and bring forth the fresh” is the inscription written by Chairman Mao Zedong for the celebration of the establishment of Chinese Operas Research Institute of conducted here. Tianleyuan is a living fossil of traditional Chinese operas culture, a fresh and alive carrier of Chinese traditional culture, an exquisite window lattice of Chinese aesthetics. As a luxury and comfortable modernized theater at the central axis of Beijing, Tianleyuan is the perfect combination of classical style and modern architectural art. With luxury and comfortable soft chair VIP seats, the first floor can accommodate more than 170 people. With five open balconies, the second floor can contain nearly 30 people.
