2. You need to change the pump as follows for vertical installation (We sell this pump on the basis of horizontal installation)
1) Disassemble the flow switch part from the casing by disassembling 2 bolts.2) Rotate the pump and assemble the flow switch part as the flow switch cover faces up ward.Valve Assy in flow switch part is operated by the gravity, so the flow switch part must be installed as the flow switch cover faces upward.

9. TROUBLES AND COUNTER-MEASURES

Turn selector to Auto (pos. )

Check fuses and possible loose electrical connections.Remove Motor Assy, flow switch cover and clean the part, see page 7.Open main valve.
Leave the pump running or a few minutes with tap turned on.
Dismantle and clean the pump.
