Part A: Specification
Moisture tester using clarification:
1) Moisture content testing shall be in
conform with material’s dry density,
It is sourced that Birch wood dry density
is at 0.56—0.67g/cm3
Therefore it shall usually set be at “3”
position
2) this kind of tester is inductive type ,
which will scan to some depth of inside
wood (this type scan depth is
0.2-1.6mm,therefore no need to press the
tester very hard on wood surface
Static Bending Strength & Elastic Modulus:
Static Bending Strength :Check flooring’s strength to resist bending: >30Mpa (National standard)
Check flooring’s rigidity to resist bending: >4000Mpa (National standard) check factory report or /and supervise the test at factory.
