关于做好生殖健康咨询师职业考试工作的通知

各县区人口计生局:

生殖健康咨询师是国家人力资源和社会保障部批准,在人口计生系统设立的第一个职业，生殖健康咨询师认证是人口和计划生育队伍职业化建设的重要组成部分，今后将作为人员上岗的必备条件，并逐步与职称并轨。为了做好我市生殖健康咨询师的考试工作，根据《国家人口计生委人事司关于印发<2010年生殖健康咨询师职业考试工作规程(试行)>的通知》(国人口人函[2009]16号)精神,现将有关事项通知如下:

一、报名条件

市、县、乡计划生育服务站所符合条件的工作人员均可报名，具体条件详见附件2010年生殖健康咨询师职业考试工作规程(试行)>的通知(要点)。要求全市所有符合条件的工作人员均要报名，省、市人口委将把报考人数及考试合格人数作为考核的一项内容。

二、报考等级

生殖健康咨询师共设五个等级，分别为生殖健康助理咨询员(五级)、生殖健康咨询员(四级)、生殖健康助理咨询师(三级)、生殖健康咨询师(二级)、生殖健康高级咨询师(一级)。2010年5月，国家人口计生委组织生殖健康咨询师考试的等级为四级和五级，即生殖健康助理咨询员和生殖健康咨询员，在我省金昌、武威两市两个试点地区举行，随后在其他市州全面开始报名考试。

三、报名时间
