摘要
本次设计的是混凝土搅拌机的型号是JS2000式强制性搅拌机。。此类搅拌机属于是一类的大中型的混凝土搅拌机,通常在各类混凝土搅拌站(搅拌楼)、码头、桥梁、公路和建筑等工程里被使用,Js2000型强制搅拌机是一款双卧轴强制式多功能搅拌机,全体密封性能良好,符合国家的环保标准。它是一种非常常见的重要的建筑机械。这一类叶片的工作原理,是通过发动机带动轴的旋转,轴带动搅拌臂再来带动叶片的旋转,叶片在筒内和物料发生剪切、挤压和翻滚物料等一些剧烈搅拌的作用,促使骨料在强烈的环形涡流中到达充分的混合和搅拌,对于自落式的搅拌机来说,JS2000型混凝土搅拌机不仅仅具备很好的搅拌性,并且还有生产效率高等优点。强制搅拌机出现在的一种机械,并且在现代的各种搅拌机械得到了使用、不仅是大大的减轻人工的劳动强度、还同时还提高了混凝土的搅拌质量、对于我国现代化的发展进度和在一些基础建设上做出了巨大贡献。随着时代的进步,国家进一步的发展基础建设,和对基础建设的质量和先进性提出了更高的要求,对于我们机械行业来说是一个机遇也是一个挑战。对于搅拌机的进一步发展提供了前提和基础。
本次设计的强制混凝土搅拌的结构主要是由:动力系统、上料系统、搅拌系统、卸料系统、供水系统和电气系统等一些配件。对于本次的毕业设计,主要设计的是传动系统和卸料系统,同时还要确定搅拌筒的外形和尺寸、卸料方式及叶片的排列形状、同时还要对搅拌机的以部分零部件进行校核、所以促使本次设计符合真实工作环境。一切以经济性、环保性和高效率为准则来计算。

Abstract
This design is a concrete mixer model as a compulsory mixer JS2000 type. Such mixer is a kind of large and medium-sized concrete mixer, often in all kinds of concrete mixing station (mixing building), piers, Bridges, roads and buildings used in the engineering, such as Js2000 type forced mixer is a dual-axial multi-function mixer, all sealed performance is good, accord with national environmental standards. It is a very common important construction machinery. Working principle of this kind of blade, is through the engine driving the rotation of the shaft, shaft drives the stirring arm to drive the rotation of the blade, blade within the cylinder and the material such as shear, extrusion and rolling material some violent mixing effect, to aggregate in the strong toroidal vortex to fully mix and stir, for since the fall of mixer, JS2000 type concrete mixer not only has good mixing, and high production efficiency, etc. Forced mixer in a mechanical and used in modern all kinds of mixing machinery, is not only greatly reduce the labor intensity of manual, also but also improve the quality of concrete mixing, for the development of Chinese modernization progress and on some infrastructure has made a great contribution. With the progress of era, the further development of national infrastructure, and the quality of infrastructure and advanced put forward higher requirements, it is an opportunity for our machinery industry is also a challenge. The premise and foundation for the further development of mixer provided.
The design of forced concrete mixer structure is mainly consists of: power system, feeding system, mixing system, discharge system, water system and electrical system and other accessories. For the graduation design, the main design is the transmission system and discharging system, but also determine the shape and size of mixing barrel, the discharging mode and the arrangement of the blade shape, while in some parts of mixer check, so to promote the design conforms to the real working environment. All economy, environmental protection and high efficiency as the criterion to calculate.
