姓名一律采用姓在前名在后的著录法，外国人的名字部分可缩写，并省略“.”；注3．请特别注意格式中的“标点符号”。
它们看起来有点别扭、不统一也无逻辑性，但它们都是国家标准，请各位遵照执行。
参考文献排列规则是：中文文献在前，外文文献在后；中文文献按第一作者的姓氏笔画为序排列，英文及其它西文按第一作者姓氏字母顺序排列；第一作者相同的文献按发表时间的先后顺序列出，所列的同一第一作者同年内的文献多于一篇时，可在年份后加“a”、“b”等字母予以分别，如“2001a”、“2001b”等；文献作者人数在3人以下的全部列出，超过3人为多人时，一般只列出3名作者，后面加“等”字以示省略，不同作者姓名间用逗号隔开。
姓名一律采用“姓在前名在后”的写法，外文姓名按国际惯例缩写，并省略缩写点，空一个字符。

参考文献的类型和标点符号
参考文献的类型和标点符号论文参考文献格式规范一、参考文献的类型参考文献(即引文出处)的类型以单字母方式标识，具体如下：[M]——专著,著作[C]——论文集(一般指会议发表的论文续集，及一些专题论文集，如《***大学研究生学术论文集》。
[N]——报纸文章[J]——期刊文章：发表在期刊上的论文，尽管有时我们看到的是从网上下载的(如知网)，但它也是发表在期刊上的，你看到的电子期刊仅是其电子版。
[D]——学位论文：不区分硕士还是博士论文[R]——报告：一般在标题中会有“关于****的报告”字样。
[S]——标准[P]——专利[A]——文章：很少用，主要是不属于以上类型的文章。
[Z]——对于不属于上述的文献类型，可用字母“Z”标识，但这种情况非常少见。

参考文献英文刊名、作者姓名的缩写规则
参考⽂献英⽂刊名、作者姓名的缩写规则1 单个词组成的刊名不得缩写部分刊名由⼀个实词组成，如Adsorption，Aerobiologia，Radiochemistry，Biomaterials，nature,science等均不得缩写。
2 刊名中单⾳节词⼀般不缩写英⽂期刊中有许多单⾳节词，如FOOD，CHEST，CHILD，这些词不得缩写。
如医学期刊heart and lung, 缩写为Heart Lung,仅略去连词and.但少数构成地名的单词，如NEW，SOUTH等，可缩写成相应⾸字字母。

一、参考文献英文刊名的缩写规则本文参考国际标准ISO4-1984《文献工作--期刊刊名缩写的国际规则》及国家标准GB7714-87《文后参考文献著录规则》附录C。
1 单个词组成的刊名不得缩写部分刊名由一个实词组成如AdsorptionAerobiologiaRadiochemistryBiomaterialsnaturescience等均不得缩写。
