We certify that all products and/or ingredients supplied and sold by our company do not contain any Unexpected Purpose NPN (such as Melamine and any nonprotein nitrogen source for ruminant use) and any Hormone Material, also do not contain any adulteration concerned illegal and toxic materials (Ex: illegal materials in MOA announcement 176# ).

我们保证我们所提供和销售的所有产品/原料绝对不含任何非预期用途的非蛋白氮（如三聚氰胺、双缩脲、尿素和铵盐等）和激素类物质，也不含有其他添加的非法物质和有毒有害物质（例如：农业部公告176#《禁止在饲料和动物饮水中使用的药物品种目录》中的非法物质）。

We certify that our feed ingredients are in compliance with national feed hygiene standard GB 13078, and meet current applicable regulatory and law requirements (Ex: MOA announcement 1773# , 2045# , 168# ).

我们保证我们所提供的饲料原料符合国家饲料卫生标准GB13078中的各项规定，并满足国家现行的法律法规要求（例如：农业部公告1773#《饲料原料目录》，农业部公告2045#《饲料添加剂品种目录（2013）》，农业部公告168#《饲料药物添加剂使用规范》）。

We certify that our operations are in compliance with all applicable provisions of FDA’s Regulation 21 C.F.R. 589.2000. We further certify that this form will cover all future shipments until we provide written notification that this form is no longer valid to Cargill Animal Nutrition (including Agribrands Purina and Provimi).
