英语培训之心得体会

今天，听了Mr Rogers 关于加拿大英语教学方面的报告，使我受益匪浅，同时也看到了自己和他人之间的差距，得到了很大的启发。

一、要留给学生思考的空间和时间

“If you think more, you’ll be interested in what you’ve learned.”如果你思考的越多,你就会对你所学到的东西越感兴趣.这是Mr Rogers 在报告中最先提到的。事实上，学生获取知识的结果，远远比不上他获取结果的过程重要。让学生在学习中有所发现，有所体验，重要的前提是给予他在学习的过程中主动思考与积极探究的时间与空间，这样，他的体验才是幸福而自信的。

二、要学会欣赏学生

作为老师，要学会欣赏每一个学生，发现每一个学生的闪光点，特别是后进生。“漂亮的孩子不需要你爱，你需要爱丑陋的、有困难的孩子”，这句话给我的感触很大。作为一名老师，我在平时的教学中过分注重知识的传授，而忽视了学生心灵、情感方面的教育，尤其是对后进生的忽视程度，现在看来，真是太不应该了。Mr Rogers在报告中指出，要改变学生的不良行为，首先要找到他们的闪光之处。某个学生可能在英语课上表现不佳，但在体育课上可能会得到老师的表扬。不能说学习不好，我们老师就否定他，把他说的一

无是处，因为每一个人都有他存在的价值。我们要用爱的眼神去注视每一个学生，尤其是“丑陋”的学生，给他们信心，让他们感受到我们的爱。学生在老师的关注中，不仅会喜欢老师，喜欢上课，产生融洽和谐的师生情感，才会在课堂上积极表现，快乐愉悦地学习。

作为一线英语教师，通过这次培训感到肩上的担子更重了，非常感谢这样一次学习的机会，我会加倍努力，在以后的教育教学中勤于思考，善于分析，尽早成为一名优秀的英语教师!

A wonderful training

During the three weeks, I was very fortunate to take part in the English Training. Although it was just three weeks, I made great progress from the training. English is a subject, a language. As we know，language is a tool to communicate with others, and English is the most widely used by all the people around the world . But English is not my native language, so it ’s difficult for me to speak fluently. Although I am an English teacher, and I have taught English for nine years. But in fact , my oral English is not really good, and even I find I can't pronounce some words well. At the beginning of the training, I couldn’t understand every

word, because I thought Our English teacher-- Kathy spoke too quickly, so I could not follow her. When I was asked to answer some questions, I was very nervous.

I preferred to write down the sentences rather than speak in class. But Kathy always encouraged us: Don’t be shy . Just be brave. Don’t be afraid to make mistakes in class, it doesn’t matter. And Kathy often made our class lively. She taught us many different kinds of activities and strategies. For examples: Jigsaw, Brainstorm, Gallery Walk, Debate and so on. We really enjoyed her lessons, we all felt very relaxed and happy. Little by little, with her help I practiced English more , I overcame fear and I could stand on the platform, and I gained more confidence. It helped me a lot. Thanks for giving us such a wonderful training!
