Ⅰ.Product Features:

1. T ear off the protective film inside and outside the surfaces of lens.

The filter screen is in a transparent and clear state, enabling a clear vision on work piece, at the moment of starting welding, it automatically changes the filter screen from clear to dark state. At the moment of you stopping welding, the filter screen automatically changes from dark to clear state.

batteries are installed before welding.

For2204S&2204SE, please make sure the button on weld mode.

Adjust the time-delay button(2205P, 2205PE,2206PE, 2200, 2322P) according to the different welding

process.

Adjust the shade number knob according to the different welding current and welding process to select proper shade number: refer to page15.

Adjust the sensitivity number knob according to the distance to workpiece(2205P,2205PE,2206PE ,

2322P)

7. Adjust headband: see attached figure (page12-13).

a. Firstly turn the headband until its adjustable knob to the head's rear position. Manually press and at the same time rotate the adjustable knob G-series

Do not bump into lens during replace the scratched or broken protection plate.

applies to all kinds of welding process.

■The outside of lens must be equipped with outside protection plate to prevent potential unrepairable hazard.■Change the scratched or broken lens frame that reduces visual field and protection as soon as possible.

■Before welding, select proper shade number according to welding process.

Ⅲ.Precaution

c.Undo the block nut, so the peg on the side of the welding helmet moves in the stop and to set the eye distance to filter.

8. Replace battery(Only for2322P): When the red

power direction light is shining, means the power is using up, need change.a new one. Please turn the button on battery cabin to unlock position, open it and take out the lithium battery, change a new one. Then close the lip and turn to lock position.
