中国第三方物流企业现状及发展对策分析
摘要
从分析现代第三方物流的概念及其利益来源入手,根据第三方物流的发展历史规律,阐述了第三方物流在我国的发展特点和存在的问题,多方位同国际第三方物流成功企业对比寻找我国物流业的软硬件差距,分析我国物流业基础设施、自然条件及国际环境,总结出我国的物流业发展优势与制约条件,并针对这些问题提出了我国第三方物流的发展趋势及相关的对策思考。从欧美第三方物流集中与整合的成功经验来看,我国第三方物流的发展趋势应是集中与整合,第三方物流企业通过兼并、联盟等整合手段,形成越来越多的大型物流集团。正是由于跨国公司对一站式服务的实际需求越来越明显, 第三方物流提供者往往通过各种整合方式来满足这种需求,同时增强自己的竞争力。分析国内第三方物流市场竞争压力,与民营企业的发展空间,提出民营企业的发展建议。

Abstract
From the analysis of the concept of modern third-party logistics source to start their interests, according to third-party logistics in the history of the law expounded the development of third-party logistics in our country characteristics and problems of multi-faceted enterprise with the international comparison for the success of third-party logistics in China the logistics industry, the gap between hardware and software, analysis of China's logistics industry, infrastructure, natural conditions and the international environment, summed up the development of China's logistics industry advantages and constraints, and to address these issues put forward the development trend of China's third-party logistics and related Countermeasures . From Europe and the United States to focus and integration of third-party logistics successful experience, the development trend of China's third-party logistics should be the focus and integration of third-party logistics enterprises through mergers, alliances and other means of integration, the formation of an increasing number of large-scale Logistics Group . It is precisely because of the one-stop services to multinational corporations increasingly clear the actual demand, third-party logistics providers, often through a variety of integration methods to meet this demand, while enhancing their own competitiveness. Analysis of domestic third-party logistics market, competitive pressures, and private enterprise development space for private enterprise development proposals put forward.
