悬挂悬挑结构由于其良好的结构性能和独特的视觉冲击力,在工程中得到了 越来越多的应用。但是,其悬挂悬挑结构形式复杂,施工难点多,施工因素对结 构内力和变形的影响不可忽略,因此对该类工程进行施工期力学分析,确保工程 质量和安全,具有重要意义。 本文以重庆国泰艺术中心悬挂悬挑结构为背景,主要完成了以下工作: ①首先对国内外悬挂悬挑结构的研究进行了总结,介绍了悬挂结构的发展过 程及其结构特点,并对施工过程力学研究进行了介绍。 ②阐述了悬挂悬挑结构的工程特点、施工流程和施工要点,其关键施工技术 包括垂直运输系统选用、起拱控制技术、空间支撑系统、施工测量、安装校正及 焊接技术等,详细地论述了各关键技术选用原则、控制目的、具体方法和设计要 点,为保证悬挂悬挑的顺利施工提供依据。 ③以施工过程力学的基本原理为基础,论述了施工过程力学的计算模型简化、 荷载组合选取和施工阶段划分原则,提出了施工力学模拟分析方法和流程,并以 重庆国泰艺术中心进行检验,证明考虑施工过程的影响因素是必要的。 ④研究了悬挂悬挑结构支撑胎架的性能,利用有限元软件 SAP2000 进行不同 形式的分析,确定了胎架的形式和节点连接方式。本文分析了重庆国泰艺术中心 悬挑悬挂卸载原则、卸载要求和实施方法。应用 SAP2000 有限元分析软件建立理 论计算模型,模拟卸载顺序。通过卸载过程的数值模拟分析,确定拆除临时支撑 的合理顺序和各次卸载的卸载量。 关键词:悬挂悬挑结构,施工技术,施工过程力学,模拟分析,卸载方案

ABSTRACT
The suspended cantilevered structure has been more and more applied in project because of its good structural behaviour and unique visual impact.As the complex form of the suspended cantilevered structure and many construction difficulties, the influence of construction forces on the structure of the force and deformation can’t be ignored. Therefore, it has important significance that mechanics analysis is adopted for the kind project during construction period to ensure project quality and safety. Based on the suspended cantilevered structures of Chongqing Cathay Art Center, this paper presents the following work: ①At first, the research of the domestic and foreign suspended cantilevered structures are summarized. Not only the developing process, the structural features of suspended cantilevered structures but also the construction process mechanical analysis are introduced. ②The project features, the construction process and the construction key points of suspended cantilevered structures are described. The construction technical contains the selection of vertical transportation systems, bagging control, space support systems, construction survey, installation and welding techniques. The selection principles, control purposes, specific methods and design elements of key technologies are discussed in detail, which provides the basis to adopt the construction successfully in the suspended cantilevered structure. ③Not only the basic principles of construction process mehanical, but also the model simplification, the load combination selection and the contruction stage defined are systematically elaborated,putting forth the analysis methods and process about contruction mechanical simulation.And then it is proved by using this technology in the project of Chongqing Cathay Art Center, it is necessary consider the impact of construction process factors. ④This behavior of supported jig frame for suspended cantilevered structure is researched.The finite element software SAP2000 is adopted to determine jig frame form and node connection.The some basic rules and requirement of the unloading process and the implementation plan in the construction Process of the suspended cantilevered structure in Chongqing Cathay Art Center are analyzed.The finite element software SAP2000 is adopted to establish theoretical caleulation model and simulate the
