2、解偶联代谢(Uncouplingmetabolism)的污泥减量技术
Metabolic uncoupling
微生物的分解代谢和合成代谢是紧密偶联的,微生物分解代谢过程中产生的能量通过氧化磷酸化过程而储存在三磷酸腺苷(ATP)中,进而为合成代谢提供能量。但在某些条件下(如化学解偶联剂、营养过剩等),由于分解代谢产生的能量不能有效地通过氧化磷酸化过程储存在ATP中,进而抑制合成代谢,致使污泥产量减少。目前主要有投加化学解偶联剂、高S0/X0下的解偶联技术。
