摘要

在全球金融一体化、信息化、互联网技术快速发展和普及的背景下,金融业正经历着新的变革,在这个变革时代背景下催生了电子银行。电子银行经过这些年的发展,已经成为现代商业银行新的战略性业务、利润增长点和抢占市场的一把利器。中国农业银行虽然是我国的四大商业银行之一,但电子银行建设起步较晚,在电子银行快速发展的今天,面临着巨大的机遇和挑战,农业银行必须做好电子银行业务发展战略规划。

鉴于电子银行在电子信息化大潮中的重要性,研究我国电子银行的现状,找出阻碍其发展的障碍,为其在我国的应用普及提供建议和措施就成了当务之急。本文从电子银行的概念、产品分类及功能入手,先介绍电子银行的基本情况,然后回顾了国内外电子银行业务的发展历程,接下来分析了我国电子银行的发展现状、存在问题以及面临的挑战,最后,就我国电子银行业未来的进一步发展提出了一些建议。电子银行产品包括网上银行、手机银行、电话银行、自助银行等,因为网上银行和手机银行的发展最快,在电子银行中最具有代表性,所以本文重点在网上银行和手机银行上进行分析。

本文使用理论分析和实践相结合的方法,借助本人在农业银行实习的金融从业经验,参考前人的研究文献和统计资料,搜集整理了大量的数据,提出了对电子银行业务切实可行的发展战略,尽管电子银行发展中还有诸多问题,但是旺盛的市场需求为电子银行提供了很好的发展机会,促进我国电子银行业务快速持续健康的发展,电子银行在我国的应用普及指日可待。

The Status Quo of China's Electronic Banking Products and Future Development Trend in Agricultural Bank of Chinese as an Example As the Internet technology develops rapidly in the age of information, the global finance experience a transformation and gradually integrates. Electronic banking, or e-banking, emerges as the time requires. After years’development, it becomes a sharp weapon of modern commercial banks to operate new strategic businesses, to increase profit, and to gain more market share. Among the four biggest commercial banks in China, Agricultural Bank of China (ABC) comes relatively late to the idea of electronic banking. It is facing huge opportunities and challenges in an era when electronic banking is making a remarkable progress. Therefore, ABC needs a strategic planning for the development of its electronic banking business.

Considering the significance of e-banking in electronic times, it’s urgent for us to study its status quo in our country, to figure out what impedes its development, and to provide constructive suggestions and measures for its implementation and popularization. This paper will firstly brief on the basic information about electronic banking, namely, its concept, its classification of products, and it functions, and then reviews its history both at home and abroad, following its development, its existing problems, and the challenges in China, and this paper will conclude with some suggestions for its future development. Among the products of electronic banking, including online banking, mobile banking, telephone banking, and self-service banking, etc., the former two enjoy the fastest development and they are more representative, thus the analysis will mainly focus on these two products.

This paper combines the theoretical analysis with practice. By referring to the research literature and statistics of previous scholars, together with the researcher’s experiences as an intern in ABC, a large quantity of data was collected and processed. Based on the data, this paper proposes some feasible strategies for the development of e-banking. Even though there is still a long way to go, the booming market demand provides a favorable opportunity for e-banking in China to develop in a rapid, sustainable, and healthy way. The popularization of e-banking in China can be expected soon.
