家园合作存在的问题与对策研究

摘要

儿童作为一个国家未来的希望,相应的幼儿教育更是整个社会广泛关注的问题,随着社会的逐渐发展与进步,现如今的幼儿教育也已日渐完善。今天的幼儿教育,已形成了以全面培养幼儿素质为核心,以促进儿童健全人格为目的的教育发展模式。其中家园合作更是在幼儿教育模式中脱颖而出,它完美的将家长、幼儿与教师三者紧密联合在一起,三者通过家园合作的模式三向互动,能给儿童带来极好的体验,健康快乐的成长。

家园合作模式能够将幼儿家庭与幼儿园之间紧密的结合起来,使幼儿对幼儿园不在产生上学的感觉,而是当做了另一个家,幼儿园的小伙伴也被当做了彼此之间的兄弟姐妹。随着时代的发展,家园合作的幼儿教育模式也被迅速推广,并对我国的幼儿教育事业起到了良好的促进作用。随着家园合作的推进,随着而来的也会产生一些相应的问题。其中最突出,也是影响最广泛的问题就是幼儿的主题地位与家庭的不平等,严重的滞了整个幼儿教育事业的发展进度。通过问卷调查,我们详细的统计了现今的家园合作模式下,产生的一系列问题,并对其进行了认真的研究与总结,对此我们也提出了改进的措施。

Abstract

As a country's future hope, the corresponding early childhood education is a problem that the whole society pays close attention to. With the gradual development and progress of the society, the current early childhood education has also been gradually improved. Today's early childhood education has formed an educational development model with the core of comprehensively cultivating the quality of young children and promoting the healthy personality of children. The cooperation between the home and the garden is in the early childhood education mode. It perfectly combines the parents, the children and the teachers. The three interact through the mode of home cooperation, which can bring excellent experience to children. Happy growth.

The home-based cooperation model can closely integrate the children's family

and the kindergarten, so that the children do not feel like going to school in kindergarten, but when they do another home, the kindergarten partners are also treated as brothers and sisters. With the development of the times, the early childhood education model of home cooperation has also been rapidly promoted, and has played a good role in promoting the cause of early childhood education in China. With the advancement of home cooperation, there will be some corresponding problems. Among them, the most prominent and the most influential problem is the child's theme status and family inequality, which seriously stagnate the progress of the development of the entire early childhood education. Through questionnaire survey, we have detailed statistics on a series of problems arising from the current home cooperation model, and have carried out serious research and summary on them. We have also proposed improvement measures.
