摘要
在当今的知识经济时代,高新科技企业的竞争,是科学技术的竞争,是资金的竞争,更是人才的竞争。科技人才是具有高素质的核心人力资源,是高新科技企业发展的决定性因素。如果高新科技企业拥有高素质的人力资源,就能够把握住业务发展的主动权,从而在市场竞争中占据优势。如何留住人才,如何充分用好人才,不仅是人力资源管理学科的重要研究课题之一,也是高新科技企业人力资源管理者的首要任务。因此,对科技人才流失问题及其对策研究就具有十分重要的意义。本文以A公司为研究背景,以其人才流动状况为研究对象,通过对员工流失理论的学习和探索,对该公司人力资源的基本情况及人才流失现状进行系统分析,研究该公司的科技人才流失问题,分析人才流失的动因,发现该公司在人力资源管理工作中存在的问题,组织科技人才满意度调查并进行统计分析,运用员工流失理论的相关模型,分析产生该现状的原因以及可能对该公司造成的影响,并有针对性地提出解决该公司科技人才流失问题的对策和建议:如,开展科技人才的职业生涯规划、构建富有吸引力的薪酬体系等等。希望本文能为A 公司及其它IT 高新科技企业的人力资源管理工作者提供一定的参考和借鉴作用。

Abstract
In the era of knowledge economy, the competition of high-tech enterprises, is the science and technology competition, is the competition for capital, it is competition of talents. Science and technology talent is a kind of high quality human resource, is the decisive factor of the development of high-tech enterprises. If the high-tech enterprises with high-quality human resources, the initiative will be able to grasp the business development, to occupy the advantage in the market competition. How to retain talent, how to make the best use of the talent, is not only one of the important
research topics in human resource management discipline, primary task is the high-tech enterprise human resources managers. Therefore, it is very important to study on Problems and Countermeasures of the loss of talents of science and technology. This paper takes R company as the research background, the flow of talent as the research object, through theoretical study and Exploration on the loss of staff, the systematic analysis of the current situation and the basic situation of brain drain on the company's human resources, the problems of loss of research the company technical personnel, motivation analysis of brain drain, found that the existence of the company in problems in human resources management, organization science and technology personnel satisfaction survey and statistical analysis, using the related theory of employee turnover, analysis of the causes of the situation and may cause the company's influence, and puts forward to solve the problem of the loss of the company technology personnel countermeasures and suggestions: such as, development of science and technology the talent construction of occupation career planning, attractive salarySystem etc.. I hope this paper can provide certain reference and reference for human resource managers in R company and other IT high-tech enterprises.
