As a federal state, the United States has the form of government organization with a presidential system, which makes the President own great power. As one of the most powerful people in the world, every time the replacement of president will make a huge difference to American foreign policy and bring great influence to the world. It has been almost a year since Donald Trump took office, and his New Deal has almost entirely proclaimed the failure and end of the Obama administration's foreign policy. So what change has Donald Trump brought?

The executive order demands that in the next 90 days, the United States will forbid the entry of people who come from Iraq, Syria, Iran, Sudan, Somalia, Yemen and Libya. Because the seven countries involved are mainly Muslim countries, the executive order has also been called Muslim Ban by the media and civil society(Baidu Baike). This caused a stir in the United States and the world. Demonstrations broke in the United States and international public opinion condemned it. Trump is criticized as a racist. Some states courts have refused to enforce the bill. A stricter immigration policy is require, and high wall was built in the border of Mexico. This ban again damages America's international image and undoubtedly make America's racial conflicts intensified, causing domestic instability.
