铸造名词解释
铸造名词解释铸造技术是金属结构加工的重要方法之一,在工业生产中大量使用,特别是在机械制造、电子、航空、航天、汽车、冶金等行业中应用广泛。

三、型芯:型芯是铸造过程中的一个必要工艺零件,它用于形成铸件的内部结构和形状,型芯的材料有砂型、木型、模具铁等,它在铸造工艺中起着关键的作用。
四、浇口:浇口是指铸件的浇铸口,是熔化金属从型腔中浇入铸件内部的通道,它们的位置及形状是影响铸件最终形状和质量的重要因素,需要严格控制。
五、充型:充型是指型芯内注入型料、固化材料或者砂浆等,以及在这些材料中植入钢模具或木模具,以形成铸件所需要的内部结构和形状所进行的工序。

机械制造技术基础名词解释
铸造:铸造是一种将液态金属(一般为合金)缴入铸型型腔、冷却凝固后获得毛胚火零件(通称为铸件)的成形工艺。
铸造应力:铸件收缩应力、热应力和相变应力的矢量和。
熔模铸造:也称失蜡铸造,因为熔模铸件具有较高的尺寸精度和较好的表面质量又称为精密铸造。
铸造偏析在铸件凝固后,其截面上的不同部位,以至晶粒内部,产生化学成分的不均匀现象,称为铸造偏析。
剪切工序:使板料沿不封闭轮廓线分离的工序。
砂型铸造:用型砂紧实成铸型并用重力浇注的铸造方法。
金属型铸造:用重力浇注将熔融金属浇入金属铸型获得铸件的方法。
压力铸造:熔融金属在高压下高速充型,并在压力下凝固的铸造方法。
离心铸造:熔融金属浇入绕水平、倾斜或垂直轴旋转的铸型,在离心力作用下,凝固成形的铸件轴线与旋转铸型轴线重合的铸造方法。
铸件多是简单的圆筒形,不用芯子形成圆筒内孔。
锻造:锻造是一种利用锻压机械对金属坯料施加压力,使其产生塑性变形以获得具有一定机械性能、一定形状和尺寸锻件的加工方法。
冲压:板料的冲压成形是利用冲模使板料产生分离或变形的成形工艺。
焊接:通过加热和(或)加压,使工件达到原子结合且不可拆卸连接的一种加工方法。
包括熔焊、压焊、钎焊等。
收缩性:合金在浇注,凝固直至冷却到室温的过程中体积或尺寸减缩的现象。
流动性:合金的流动性是指合金本身在液态下的流动能力。
定向凝固:利用合金凝固时晶粒沿热流相反方向生长的原理,控制热流方向,使铸件沿规定方向结晶的铸造技术。
同时凝固:是指采取一定的工艺措施,尽量减小铸件各部分之间的温度差,使铸件的各部分几乎同时进行凝固。
落料:利用冲裁取得一定外形的制件或坯料的冲压方法。
轧制:金属(或非金属)材料在旋转轧辊的压力作用下,产生连续塑性变形,获得要求的截面形状并改变其性能的方法。
挤压:用冲头或凸模对放置在凹模中的坯料加压,使之产生塑性流动,从而获得相应于模具的型孔或凹凸模形状的制件的锻压方法。
冲孔:把坯料内的材料以封闭的轮廓和坯料分离开来,得到带孔制件的冲压方法。
金属工艺学名词解释
《金属工艺学》名词解释第二篇铸造1、铸造:将液态金属浇注到铸型中,待其冷却凝固,以获得一定形状、尺寸和性能的毛坯或零件的成形方法,称为铸造。
2、充型:液态合金填充铸型的过程,简称充型。
3、液态合金的充型能力:液态合金充满铸型型腔,获得形状准确、轮廓清晰铸件的能力,称为液态合金的充型能力。
4、合金的流动性:液态合金本身的流动能力。
5、逐层凝固:纯金属或共晶成分合金在凝固过程中因不存在液、固并存的凝固区,故断面上外层的固体和内层的液体由一条界线清楚地分开。
随着温度的下降,固体层不断加厚、液体层不断减少,直达铸件中心,这种凝固方式称为逐层凝固。
6、糊状凝固:如果合金的结晶温度范围很宽,且铸件的温度分布较为平坦,则在凝固的某段时间内,铸件表面并不存在固体层,而液、固并存的凝固区贯穿整个断面。
由于这种凝固方式与水泥类似,即先呈糊状而后固化,故称糊状凝固。
7、中间凝固:大多数合金的凝固介于逐层凝固和糊状凝固之间,称为中间凝固方式。
8、收缩:合金从浇注、凝固直至冷却到室温,其体积或尺寸缩减的现象,称为收缩。
9、缩孔:集中在铸件上部或最后凝固部位容积较大的孔洞。
10、缩松:分散在铸件某区域内的细小缩孔,称为缩松。
11、顺序凝固:在铸件上可能出现缩孔的厚大部位通过安放冒口等工艺措施,使铸件远离冒口的部位先凝固;然后是靠近冒口部位凝固;最后才是冒口本身的凝固。

铸造的名词解释铸造(zhuzao)指将熔化的金属液浇入铸型内凝固成形,是金属成型方法之一。
造型(zao xing)利用各种原材料造出具有一定形状和尺寸的物体。
