摘要

经过几十年的发展，我国家电零售业在经营规模、经营方式、管理模式等方面都发生了翻天覆地的变化，也形成了一些具有较强竞争力的大型家电连锁企业。目前，家电零售企业间的竞争已经由一级市场向二、三级市场转移。宁波作为经济比较发达的二级城市，拥有的市场前景不言而喻。然而，随着国美、苏宁等龙头家电连锁销售企业巨头瓜分市场及家电总体产能过剩，家电零售业竞争将进一步加剧，家电企业已全面进入微利时代。如何在有限的资源市场下最大限度地提升利润已经成为迫在眉睫的问题。因此，当下家电连锁企业以逐步将重心放在供应链的优化上，以期达到降低成本，最大限度提升利润的效果。

作为业内龙头企业的国美电器，在宁波进行大规模的扩张抢占市场的同时，应从企业内部出发，以强大的供应链来作为发展的后盾。因此，如何通过优化供应链降低企业成本，从根本上获取更多的利润是目前宁波国美面临的最大问题。本文从宁波国美家电的供应链管理入手梳理了家电连锁业供应链管理以及宁波国美电器供应链管理研究的文献，通过理论比较提炼了家电连锁业供应链管理的采购管理、库存管理、配送管理及信息化管理四大要素进行研究，并对其存在的问题提出改善意见。

Abstract

After decades of development, China's household electrical appliance retailing in business scale, mode of operation, management pattern, all had the variety, but also formed some competitive large home appliance of chain enterprises. At present, household electrical appliance retail enterprise competition between the primary market has to second and third transfer market. Ningbo as developed level 2 city, with market prospect is self-evident. However, as the GOME, Suning, leading household electrical appliance sales enterprise giant carve up market chain and household electrical appliances overall excess capacity, household appliance retailing will intensify competition, household appliance enterprise has full access to small profit era. How in the limited resources market under the maximum limit improve profits have become urgent problems. Therefore, the electrical appliances chain enterprise gradually will focus on the optimization of the supply chain, to reduce the cost, improve the effect of the maximum profit.

As a leading enterprise in the industry of gome electrical appliances, in Ningbo on a large scale expansion seizes the market at the same time, should from the enterprise internal, based on a strong supply chain as the backing of the development. Therefore, how to through optimizing supply chain decreases the cost,fundamentally get more profit is the ningbo the biggest problems facing the country. This article from Ningbo GOME electrical appliances supply chain management of household electrical appliance chains combed the supply chain management and Ningbo GOME supply chain management to the literature, through the theoretical comparison from household appliance chains of supply chain management, inventory management, procurement management and distribution management and information management four elements, and the existing problems improve opinion.
